If I could leave 0 stars i would. Ordered 3 pizzas. 2 regular crust 1 thin crust. The thin crust was hard. Like super hard and had no cheese on it. The other 2 was nasty . Tasted old like it had been setting for a while. Waited for over an hour and ended up having to spend more $ to feed my kids because the person that answered the phone said that is what i ordered. Was not worth my time. I will definitely never go there again.

Ordered online, and when I went to pick it up, the employees smelled of marijuana and seemed as they were all high as a kite. They did not have my pizza ready and didn’t seem to care at all. This is the second time I have experienced this. Will not be going back!

Ive never ate here before. UNTIL now. Firstbtime. This is by far the worst pizza I ever had.. I ordered 2 large pizzas. I literally took 2 bites and threw both pizzas in the trash. What a waste of money.. the cheap frozen square pizza u get for $2.00 at store taste better than Howies pizza.

Yesterday evening, I placed a delivery order to my apartment. I cut the front porch light on so that way it will illuminate the sign with my apartment number on it. I called hungry Howies to see where my order was. They answered unprofessionally with just a simple hello when I told them that The pizza was never delivered and was calling to check on the status. The manager told me that the delivery driver said they tried to call couldn’t find us and that they’re not gonna bring the pizza back out to the apartment complex. When I say may I speak to a management member that is above them. They said that they’re the only one so that I can either get a refund to come pick it up myself so I went and picked it up and told them that I didn’t wanna refund. I just wanted the food and I wanted them to refund me back. My tip that I had gave to the delivery driver be a credit card online. He refunded it, but one of his employees was being very rude about the situation. In front of other customers. I was really embarrassed and felt uncomfortable, and the manager didn’t do anything but sit there and laugh with the employees. Worst experience ever. When Anissa was the manager there was never these problems.

This is possibly the worst HH on the planet. We will never order again. We ordered at 4pm for some pizza to be delivered at 6pm. At 615 we called to see what was going on because the pizza tracker showed it had not been made yet. The girl says well we might be able to door dash it by 8pm! What a joke! No leadership, and apparently no brains.
In response to HH sad apology, I’m not interested in contacting you for any reason. We no longer support your brand. This was not the first problem we have had with this store or brand.
