This place needs to be shut down and don’t ever eat here if ur thinking about it. I got a bacon cheese bread and I kid u not it was completely raw on the inside. I took 2 bites and just knew something was off the severity of how raw it was is a safety hazard and they need to be investigated. I know it not cheese because they were separated layers where the cheese wasn’t melted and the dough was just raw. BEWARE

Called in and placed an order for pick up. Was told the food be ready in 20-25 minutes. Went to go pick it up and it wasn’t ready. At that point it had already been the allotted time they said it would be ready in. Sat down and waited about another 15 minutes before I went back up and asked if the food was ready and was told it wasn’t because they had “a big order.” If that was truly the case, then why did they say anything when I placed the order over the phone or even when I got there? they couldn’t tell me how much longer it would be. There was no manager available and they seem to care less that in total I waited over an hour for the food I ordered. I have been there a few times and honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location! They seriously need to fix how they treat their customers or else they’re gonna completely go out of business! I will not be going back because of this experience! When I finally got the food it was all warm (including the salad I had ordered) which leads me to believe it had been sitting there.

He not only helped us place the order quickly and efficiently but also took the extra step to ensure our original online order hadn’t gone through.

Ordered a pizza and wings at 7:15pm . 9:00pm came pizza and wings never arrived. I called the location and pizza got delivered to someone else/not me different address. Never refunded my payment for the food, or the tip for food I never recived.

Great pizza! Hot and fresh. Very fast. I ordered it when I got close to store and only waited 10 minutes, then drove it 15 minutes home and it was great! Flavor crust, stuffed crust and baked just right! We’ll definitely be going here again. This is only my 2nd time getting hungry howies in the last 20 years and the only thing I regret is not doing it more often! Great customer service!

Left me on hold for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. I work nearby so I usually place an order to pickup for my lunch break, they are always out of something, they are never consistent with the food and I order the same thing everytime! Customer service is absolutely terrible! My suggestion, go anywhere but here!
