I have never had a better experience at a traditional old school pizza place as I did today with Jordan. I rarely leave reviews, my history here show it. And probably more than half the time I do it’s because I’m angry and venting. They have to really impress me to get me to take the time to do this. But I’ve had a shitty day… Week… Year… And I must have been so irritating asking a slew of questions l, and Jordan was not working alone but I doubt there was more than one person with him, therefore a Jordan was not only handling the customer service but also cooking. And I’m a GM at Taco Bell so I know he was either the outstanding manager that goes above and beyond to make sure his crew doesn’t work harder than him for less money, or he was the crew member working with the manager who doesn’t. However it could be a manager in the office while the two crew work. I know from Pizza Hut when we used to have combination stores, that making pizza is a lot of work and the other person was dealing with all the online orders. So that’s not to say the other person wasn’t as outstanding as Jordan, it’s just to say w measure can’t be made on customer service because one horrible customer is a lot of times harder to deal with than a few triple digit orders. And I imagine they don’t get as many carryout orders so I suppose it’s my own biasness that just thinks the manager should be handing the orders up front… You see this is how I normally review with judgement prejudice on a store and its crew I know nothing about. What I do know is that I would hire Jordan in a heartbeat and that my pizza is amazing. Made exactly how I ordered but with care. The product quality is so above the standard I’m used to from the 4th Street location. In fact 4th Street rarely remembers to put on the flavor of crust I choose and if they do they only put on one, I always select two and it lets me but for some reason the choose, here I got both garlic and butter cheese and the extra sauce, and it was cooked perfectly not underdone like 4th street. So whoever was cooking in the back deserves all the credit for cooking. And really when I head back east I know I’ll use door dash to ensure I get my pizza from this location instead of the 4th street one now that I’ve been spoiled and my standards are higher. And Jordan should get a raise or definitely a promotion if he desires one… Sometimes owners or district managers expect way too much from their managers like hourly doing salary type jobs and salary working 65 hours a week so I’ll just say he should get a raise and whatever advancement he desires.

Best hungry howies ive been to so far!!!! Spotless…Extremely professional….and Great customer service!!!!! Ramon helped make my food perfectly (as i am an extremely picky eater as far as how my food is cooked)…My visit definitely exceeded my best expectations!!! The manager Pat was wonderful and made sure i left very happy…Because of him i will definitly take the time to drive further from where i live everytime i order from Howies from now on!!!!

Can’t rate the service or atmosphere because it was delivered but ordering the Detroit style pizza where the sauce is supposed to be to be on top. Yeah. Didn’t happen. Received a dry pepperoni and cheese pizza no sauce.
Barely edible, half was thrown out. Bread sticks didn’t come with a side of sauce either, the other pizza was correct so I know they have sauce but everything else was a fail.
Contact corp to say they are independently owned and they will pass on the message.
Apparently the owner doesn’t care because nobody reached out about it.
I will take my business elsewhere.

Guest services suck. Owner is a jerk and manager is rude. Little Italy is closer and will be getting my money from now on. This location has gone downhill. Ordered last week, well done cook with garlic herb crust. Pizza was undercooked, rubbery, nasty with plain crust. This is the second time this has happened.
Reached out to corporate who immediately responded and forwarded my complaint to the store. I also reached out directly to the location via survey and two emails. A week later no response.
I have been a customer for 2 years. No longer. Will not recommend to my customers, friends, etc.
