I had placed a order online and I had ordered 3 large steak, cheese and mushroom subs and not only was our food cold when we got them but we were missing sub sauce and sub set as well and the wasn’t hardly any meat or cheese and there was 1 tiny mushroom and when I tried to call the store they picked up and hung up on me and I called back and they refused to answer the phone so I contacted the corporate office and made a complaint because this is unacceptable I do know this this store needs to be retrained or hire new people because they sure don’t know how to make the subs. Delivery from DoorDash sucks I didn’t get my cheese bread cal the driver said wrong number. Call the store on hold 16 minutes no answer. Called back to make a new order was told they transfer me to the store on hold 20 minutes but before I called the person from the nsc said please 5 if you get disconnected.
So I called back and did that on hold 10 minutes before I hung up just bs and I always order from here I will be in there tomorrow to talk with the manager on site tomorrow.

I received terrible service tonight after them leaving out my additional 3x sub sauce and sub set I returned to the store (15 mins away) and Manger Parker refused to give me what was paid for per my receipt I was told I had to pay for what was already printed on my receipt I love these subs but hated the service here tonight very disappointed in his customer service

I put an order through Uber eats of cinnamon sticks and somehow the app preset it to “no cinnamon sugar” (I tried to do it again on the app and it won’t even let me choose that, only icing or not) but they gave me just PLAIN bread. What. Anyway, I called the store so I could get fresh ones and the guy on the end of the line was rude and unwilling to help. So I disputed my order though Uber 🙂 pizza is good though

Don’t bother ordering salads from this place if you’re going to ask for extra meat. You’ll still pay for the extra and they will argue that they put it in there even though you can clearly see its a normal portion. I’ve offered salads from this company for years now and this is the worst service I’ve seen in a long time! Too busy to care. As you can see, this is what they are claiming is a double portion. Don’t waste you money! What’s off to the side is croutons not chicken.
