We always switch up between delivery, carry out and dine-in. Regardless, the service and the food are TOP NOTCH. My 7 year old son is on a first name basis with majority of the crew and they are so patient with him when he wants to order himself. Not that we NEED to order, because most of the time the just ask if we want our usual. lol Hungry Howies Pace crew have always been kind, professional, efficient and over all caring and we really did hit the jackpot with the crew they have.

Our favorite pizza chain to order from. They always have great specials and deals going on. My wife loves the salad, I order a Large Pepperoni with Garlic Stuffed Crust, and always have leftovers for the week. They have several toppings and crusts to choose from, ask about them!

Could not even get through to place an order! Talked to an operator and tried to book a pick up order- he could not complete the order and transferred me to the store which never picked up- I thought I was calling the store in the first place. Not cool. Did not get to order from this location and brought my son to whataburger instead.

The worst!! I order a large cheese pizza with butter cheese crust, NO BUTTER CHEESE CRUST, wasn’t even CUT at all and cold!!! Called and was told if you bring it back up so we can look at it we can fix it!!??!! I had to cut it because the service center people hung up on me twice because they were not understanding what I was saying. I couldn’t understand them. I picked up my order cause I had transportation available, I didn’t half butt my job yall did! Should be given a credit or yall DELIVER a new one because it was YOUR MISTAKE!!! Done with Hungry Howies, Papa John’s here I come!!!

Fast friendly service a wide selection of pizza and pizza adjacent fare. Probably better pizza to be had in the area, but not at the price or speed at which you get your food.

“I don’t care” is NOT an acceptable way to speak to a customer. We did not receive some of the items that were requested per the online order and when we called to ask if they would be so kind as to bring us the missing items, the worker overheard a conversation between me and my husband over the missing items and replied “i don’t care” in a very rude tone i might add. Horrible customer service. I will be up there shortly.

Ordered delivery. Their system messed it up and put it as pick up. I called to see why my Pizza hadnt been delivered. They said that it was changed in their system and that if I wanted it delivered, I had to pay an up charge. At this point it’s over an hour old. So I went to pick it up myself at this point. It’s about two hours old. I asked what happened to the tip if there was no driver. They said it’s theirs now. So fun. Paid a ton for old pizza and they couldn’t give any less of a crap.
