Placed my order through the app, they proceeded to take my money but I did not give my order. Staff had no PROFESSIONAL answer for me & told me “You can just order here right now with me” . cool but i used the money i had on my card ALREADY to pay for the online order, I would have had to drive all the way back home & pay double for the food I already ordered . Staff then proceeded to say “So you don’t have any more money?”. I Called corporate & they had no answer to the problem either. Will definitely NEVER order from here again. Only go there if you don’t want to receive your food.

Love these subs and they pack them with some much! I only ate half and I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s other half!
11-12-2022: they stopped offering the Pickle Pizza! Had to settle for the Bacon, Cheddar, Burger on garlic butter crust. Called in order and picked it up. Was real upon arrival. Very good pizza. #bringback #picklepizza #hungryhowies
9-26-22 – ordered that same pizza I had last time Pickle Pizza no bacon add beef. This is one was so not consistent as the last one. First it was not drizzles with ranch but covered very heavily with ranch. Secondly it was not cut. Seriously, I had my wife double check that is was not loosing my mind. Don’t get me wrong it was good but too too much ranch dressing. We must be having a very busy night; not normally this major of missing the mark. Hope things don’t get worse love my HHP.

Pizza was hot. The service was great. First time at Howie’s. Not my favorite pizza but it wasn’t bad at all. Restaurant was clean and not crowded. They specialize on flavored crust and they a pretty good job at it. 6/10

I ordered online on 03/07/2024 at 4:30pm. The spaghetti portions were very small (the picture below I moved all of the spaghetti towards one side to show how much I was given before eating the food) I asked for extra sauce and there was barely any sauce. I also ordered a pepperoni flatbread with extra pepperoni and garlic crust. Instead I got pepperoni flatbread with Cajun crust and I didn’t order that. The pizza was over cooked and lacked toppings. Debating if I would come back to this location again. Spending almost $200.00 I’m highly dissapointed.

I just had the best pizza place salad I’ve ever had. And the double pepperoni Howie Reward free pizza was amazing. But the salad was a flavor explosion. Grilled chicken, bacon, black olives, topped with asiago cheese, 2x crackers, and ranch dressing. I am floored. Good job.

Placed an online order “for delivery” waited almost two hours and finally called the store. Person I spoke with said that the order was actually placed for pick up. I’ve never in my life placed a pick up order. I even told the person on the phone that there was a tip section which I used to tip the driver. He stated they thought that was a tip for the people in the store (why would anyone do that). At this point I told them I’d be more than happy to come get the order if they would remake it. I didn’t want pizza that has been sitting in a warmer for almost two hours. He asked me to hold, another person picked up the phone and I had to go through the entire story again and when I finished I was told they would not remake it. What happened to customer service? I know how to use a website and I’ve never chosen to use pickup, so even if there was a glitch and it was changed (the tip thing stills gets me) why wouldn’t you agree to just remake the food? Instead of remaking $30 worth of pizza you’ve chosen to lose a customer for life. Make no sense to me but this is the way the world works now.
