When did Hungry Howies start using Door Dash to deliver their food? We received our pizza via a Door Dash driver and the pizzas were totally ruined… smashed, folded, falling apart, and honestly they don’t look very appetizing.
Called Hungry Howies who said they pay Door Dash to deliver, but who is at fault for the messed up food?
Hungry Howies was rude and unhelpful on the phone. Called Door Dash who then said they’d have to call Hungry Howies. Don’t waste your money at this location.

The pizza was totally undone!!! As you can see the cheese isn’t melted & the pepperoni isn’t completely coked smh a $20 meal on my 30 break! So disappointed

Definitely not extra pepperoni. Thanks for the $15 mistake. Either that or you are the cheapest pizza shop in town.

The phone system is a pain; you call the “store phone,” but the person answering the phone is not even in the same state, region, or maybe country than the store you called. Unfortunately it gets worse when you reach the actual store and depending on who’s working, they really don’t want to take your order, and tell you to order online.
Sadly, I had to take my business elsewhere. They did not feel like making an order larger than 3 pizzas that day.

I was late picking up the pizzas, but when I got them, they were still hot.
The restaurant was empty when I went inside, so getting my food a quick and easy.
My pizza had mushrooms on it. They were plentiful.

Hungry Howie’s Pizza Review
If you’re in the mood for flavorful, budget-friendly pizza, Hungry Howie’s is a solid choice—especially if you’re a fan of their signature flavored crusts. From garlic herb to butter cheese, the crust alone sets them apart from most chain pizzerias.
The pizza itself is satisfying, with a decent balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings. It’s not gourmet by any means, but it hits the spot for a quick lunch, casual dinner, or late-night craving. The menu also includes calzones, wings, subs, and salads, which are serviceable but not the main draw.
Online ordering is simple and the frequent deals make it very wallet-friendly. Delivery times are generally reliable, though they can vary depending on the location and time of day.
Overall, Hungry Howie’s delivers on what it promises—tasty, crust-forward pizza that won’t break the bank. Perfect for when you want something quick, filling, and a little different than the usual chain options.

I got a cheese sub (a personal pizza folded in half) and spaghetti. The sub is so buttery and cheesy. It was amazing! I ate it too fast to take a picture. Three spaghetti has a layer of cheese baked over it and comes with a large piece of parmesan bread. It is so good! I highly recommend!

Riped off, it’s bad enough that Hungry Howies does NOT give you enough marinara sauce for the cheesy bread (automatically you get a very small container, enough for two max). If you want enough for the rest of your cheesy bread, this location has you buy it for an additional $1. I went ahead and bought one and I was once again jipped/ripped off. From the pic below, it wasn’t even close to being full. Even though the employees were very nice, I won’t be ordering here for awhile, if again. I even again. I even tipped, for sub par product!!! Again, the employees were nice, this location just needs to work on product.

I ordered and paid for a Large pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza for delivery. What I got was a cold cheese only pizza. Hungry Howies told me; when I called, I would have to deliver the pizza to them in order to receive a refund. I won’t be back to any of your locations!

Everytime I come here lately they put way too much seasoning on the crust. This makes it hard to eat the food. So I either have to wait a long time for them to remake the pizza or just not be able to eat the crust. This didn’t use to be the case a while ago.
