Ordered delivered detroit style pizza, first piece i noticed a small green item and thought it was green pepper, then the seond piece had green substance all along side of piece, so did the rest. I called local store and manager didnt know what it was either(i sent pic to him) he advised to stop eating pizza, he would give refund. Im more.concerned what green substance in ans not refund

Tried to order the heart shaped pizzas, no one in my family eats meat and dislikes plain cheese, can’t modify these pepperoni pizzas!!! And sub for a veggie topping!! Been going to same location for almost 30 years. Lost my business over corporate being stingy!!!!! Will not patronize hungry howies again!!!

I ordered from store 61000 in commerce township mi first the howie tracker said my order was ready. I arrived at the store and they said it would be ready in a few minutes. I waited an additional 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and the counter girl said no they are busy. I asked a second time again I was refused by the counter girl. I received my pizza and I proceeded to look at it to make sure it was done correctly which my large pizza was a little bit darker than I wanted it to be, but I accepted it. I asked for the counter girl’s name she refuse to give it the manager came to the desk and basically told me to leave and told me if I wanted to review it, I could scan the QR code at the desk. I was very upset the manager and the girl to Conner were unprofessional and disrespectful to me as being a long-standing Customer at the store. I called corporate and hopefully you will receive an answer soon, but I will never go to that location ever again. I give the rating a Zero

I order pizza and wings not the wings I ordered , the pizza was burnt and sloppy sauce everywhere I called the manager. He said it was nothing he could do. I had to call the Uber driver who had nothing to do with the Pizza. He just delivered the pizza he didn’t make it Hungry Howie we made the pizza.

I ordered a Detroit Style Pizza because I was feeling sick and didn’t want to cook, the delivery was quite fast, when I opened the box the burnt smell hit me, a piece of meat was charcoal, I complained on the web page for the Southgate Michigan, location, got a phone call that someone would be contacting me soon, I’m not putting my trust in that, I’d like my 31 dollars back or at least a gift card, my money was not well spent, that day, well can you resolve this issue, I’m still waiting!! You’re not giving me an opinion to post photos, That’s great!

I am sharing this as my experience and my son and a friend who work there.
First off my experience with a salad that I ordered. The salad was wilted and the cheese dry and it had a sour spoiled taste to it. When I said something to my son about it he told me not to order from there that the the food was not fresh, the place was dirty and bugs were in a lot of stuff. At first I wrote it off as he was on a bad mood. Than I ran across a friend that worked there recently she said she quit because of the working conditions. Equipment broken, a manager who sits around on his phone not helping, understaffed, prep not being done and the bugs they are constantly battling. I asked if heath inspection was being done but she said they would get notice if an upcoming inspection and clean up. I do know that the one manager Drew was very sarcastic and foul mouth with someone over the phone one day when I walked in to let my son know I was there to pick him up. Last night they closed early because they didn’t have any more dough left to make pizzas. They are always out of ingredients.

The Hungry Howies at 7 Mile Rd. In Livonia, Michigan has been declining for years. The service is terrible, the restaurant is a mess, the food is NEVER cooked right. The people running the counter are in pajama pants and don’t care about the customers. I ordered at least once a week and enough is enough. I will not ever order from a Hungry Howies again. Would rather go to Little Caesars. So sad that this younger generation ran a good pizza place to the ground.

A little tight but manageable. Quick unloading. Watch for the Hungry Howie’s Distribution sign on the right, just north of 12 mile, on Stephansen’s Highway. Wouldn’t mind coming back here again.

Picked up an online order and when I got home the order was incorrect. I called the resteraunt and the manager told me that he would take my name and I could come back another day and he would replace it. I went back the next day to replace it. I was told that It was not noted anywhere and that they wouldn’t replace it. I asked for the manager’s name that I spoke with the night that I ordered the pizza. They refused to give his name nor did I get the managers name that was on duty the second time. I was told that if they gave me the pizza that they would have to replace everyone’s order that called and complained. I was also told that the manager probably forgot to note it on the computer and that I was just out a pizza. I was told she was not going to argue with me and hung up on me. Im sad to say that they have lost a weekly and long time customer over a 7.99 pizza. Pizza Hut will be my new go to for our weekly pizza order.

I usually love hungry howies. I ordered 2 pizzas through the app after accepting my payment it then canceled the order. I called and they said they didn’t have the order and the only way to get pizza is to pay for it again. I didn’t have the extra to order again. The gentleman kept telling me it would be deposited back into my account the next day. That was Thursday and I still have yet received my money back. They were not educated how to handle a situation like this. I felt like they were not trying to help. I will never eat Hungry Howies again. I know that seems harsh but it was a mess
