The staff is superb with service, and the pizza is 57X better than every takeout place for pizza. I’d say pretty comparable to Costco except hungry Howie’s has flavored crust! Definitely a winner in the eyes of flavor! The manager was more than helpful, and he even made my little son feel welcome while the pizzas were cooking. Fast service, and amazing staff! Definitely try them out. You can have better pizza if you’re willing to jump on board Howie’s train!

I’m usually a regular getting Hungry Howies once a week or every other week. The pizza is usually great but not anymore. Now, for the past 3 times I’ve ordered, my pizza has been butchered as the quality drops after every order. Today, my pizza wasn’t even cut, after I asked for it to be recut, the staff incorrectly cut my pizza on purpose. Cheese is falling off due to too much sauce being applied. After 3 years straight of coming here, I just can’t anymore. Paying money for pizza you enjoy only to be ruined every time now more than ever. I’ll opt out from this place for now.

Let me start with I have never had issues with this location before tonight. The pizza I ordered was more then wrong it was under cooked when I asked for well done, cheese wasn’t even fully melted, they didn’t put the Cajun seasoning on the crust, and my toppings were wrong. And when I went back in to have it fixed the rude girl just rolled her eyes and said nothing I can do about it. I will be calling corporate to complain don’t know why because I doubt anything will be done.

I ordered two pizza that were part raw. The dough and crust had no rise. Its was so flat. Cheese wasn’t even melted enough. To drive there through traffic n they get home w hungry kids. This is wrong. You shouldn’t be serving your customers raw food.

The reason for this low review is the antipasto salad was good but the deep dish pizza was burnt and the Howie breads were hard and also burnt! We know that Friday nights can be busy but we ordered this at 5:00 p.m. My husband picked it up at 6:45 drove home and it was very hard to eat the pizza and the bread…. We won’t be ordering from there again!

I recently ordered some pizza’s, wings, and a “bowl” from this location. Everything arrived approximately an hour and a half later than quoted when ordered, and it looked like it had been dropped, the “bowl” which was supposed to me their “all the meats” or “meat lovers” equivalent had zero meat in it, just cheese and sauce…and I ordered it with reduced sauce. I reached out via the survey I received and was told someone would contact me. Weeks have passed with no contact whatsoever.
$85 down the drain. It’s a shame, they are the closest place to home and I’ve ordered many times before, but now I’ll look elsewhere.

First time ordering pizza from this pizza joint, All I have to say was everything was delicious!!! The pizza crust options are a plus not to mentioned the wings are tasty and packed with flavor. Won’t be the last time I order from this Hungry Howie’s it’s on my favorites list now! Great Job

My Pizzas were clearly dropped and no icing was included on the cinnamon sticks. I called immediately. Got hung up on 3x. One time was after I walked into the store to get what I paid for because I drove up there after being on hold for 20 min. SINGULAR employee was as nice as possible considering he was the only person scheduled. COME ON!!! I worked at a pizza joint when I was younger. There is zero chance a single employee can make pizzas, man the oven, answer the phone and input orders during dinner time. This is an absolute utter failure of management. What do you expect 1 person to do there?????

The food here is always delicious but the orders are constantly made wrong, which is extremely frustrating because I travel a long distance to pick up my order and don’t want to wait even longer to have everything remade. Don’t know what the problem is but really needs to be corrected! Also this has happened every single time I’ve ordered from them and not once have we received an apology or even a discount for their mistake which is pretty poor customer service and satisfaction! Incidentally, I can accept that my food or my order may not be perfect every time but when customer service is bad or indifferent that’s unacceptable and you will lose my business no matter how much I love your food!
