Visited the location after an order mix-up over Christmas holiday. Pizza ordered via call center, paid with credit card, and pizza never arrived. After four (4) phone calls, we were able to get the issue resolved and the pizzas. Alexis was extremely helpful with each call and truly changed an awkward situation into a positive. The pizzas were perfectly made and tasted great! Will visit again but will pick up in-person

Burning the stuffed crust pizza really ruined this experience. The crust was awful, bitter, and nasty and that’s the whole point of paying nearly 30$ for a stuffed crust pizza is the crust. Really disappointed

More importantly, my kids liked it a lot. They even had a gluten-free option that my kids couldn’t tell the difference. That’s pretty cool. The flavor was spot on and there is no complaints. They finished everything in a timely manner so we could head to the park and munch on everything near the playground down the street. ⛹️♂️
I didn’t think it was going to get filled up, but they had this cool sandwich that was like a folded pizza turkey chicken sandwich with lots of cheese in it. I forgot what it was called. That hit the spot. It’s hard to fill me up, but I was satisfied after eating here. I’ll definitely come here again.

I’ve been here 3 times with different experiences. The last one recently was weird. The girl at the register that took my order would make a face when I ordered Mushrooms on my pizza, the pizza is not for you, why make the face and comment,”oh that’s weird”. Well you have Mushroom toppings for an option, it’s obviously not weird. I also ordered wings, just regular, and she had another weird comment and weird face reaction. And I asked for ketchup and she smirked and said, we don’t have ketchup. “Ketchup?” Really? She said. Again you’re not eating it. Her judgements on my order was not necessary. She was also, snappy with a customer after me.. the pizza is overpriced, and it’s fair in quality. I’ll just stick to Trader Joe’s Pizzas

I love this spot! Great pizza, I order it when I’m about 10 minutes away, it is always hot & delicious. I usually get a thin crust, extra cheese and pepperoni with mushrooms, green peppers, or pineapple. With extra Garlic & Butter on the crust…. OMG, so amazing! There was one worker there we wanted to eat in he was so nice and let me tell you he has pride in his food the looks and tastes showed that very nice guy working there .. we will definitely be back just wish they had more of a in door eating era..

So recently, without getting into specifics something happened that kind of botched some plans. It was totally out of this restaurants control. Mistakes happen, and while it was a bummer it wasn’t the end of the world. When I spoke to Alexus she was extremely apologetic and I could feel that she was genuinely sorry that things happened the way they did.We were pretty disappointed that day and we had no plans to return but she’s 100% earned our business back. A lot of the times businesses lack empathy, not here. Pizzas good, and the service is phenomenal. Thanks again Alexus.
Edit: Months later. The call center is the WOOOORST. Was charged $90 for what should have been a $60-$70 order. Came by to pick up and Michael offered to straighten things out with a coupon but couldn’t since I had already paid. Disappointed to say the least. Appreciate Michael offering tho.
