First time we’ve had an issue here, order was supposed to be here 50 minutes ago, husband waited on hold for 20 minutes, girl answered and when he said I’m calling about an order placed about 1 1/2 ago she hung up. Called back and back on hold for 20 minutes, still no pizza. Then the driver answers the phone said he just got there. Definitely don’t want the food thats been “on the way” for over an hour according to the tracker, but obviously sitting there. He said he would have the manager call & hung up. If its going to take 2+ hours just say that. We understand busy but no excuse for rude. Better be refunding our card.

We have ordered from there for several years. Never a problem. Then this last time we ordered the pizza was delivered by Doordash. If I knew that I would have picked it up. One pizza came with all the toppings slid off the crust into the side of the box. The salad was not fresh at all. The lettuce was all brown. I paid for delivery and left a tip and called the store. They were rude. Not going to give me my money back. She said she was a manager. Called the 800 number and they said they would get in touch with the owner about it. I never received a phone call, or email or refund. Will not order again.

So I got my pizza went back home realized I didn’t have the butter cheese crust on my pizza and then my other Pizza barely had any cheese on it so I went back up there and I told them about it and they said that they weigh their cheese and because I had three pieces of pizza they couldn’t fix it do not go to this location it is horrible because also when I walked in the dude said that he would replace it for me and then the woman came back out and said that she can’t do anything about it customer service up there is horrible

Give this place a chance, folks. Lots of bad reviews here but I’m guessing they’ve worked on those old issues and have new staff. The employees were very kind and helpful to me when I came in. The pizza was nice and fresh. I’ll be back and the kindness means a lot to me.

Stopped by to get a quick pizza deal for ten bucks, so glad I did! The pizza was so hot and delicious . The crust was tasty and pepperoni crunchy on the ends the way I like them! I honestly won’t go back to little Caesars after coming here because in my opinion Hungry Howie’s does a better job cooking the pizza.
Their lobby was clean and bright and I did not wait long. The cashier was friendly and gave me extra cheese and spice packets with my box along with an order online menu.

Ordered delivery. Said it would take 40 minutes. After waiting 1 hr. & 15 minutes, I called the store. Alex answered the phone. First he told me he had no record of my order. Then, he found the order and said it was ready within 10 minutes and they were simply waiting for a driver. He stated he had no way of contacting Door Dash. I asked to have the order canceled. NOTE: He said it would take 2-5 business days to receive my refund. You better believe I will be checking and if not received within 5 business days, I will be contacting my credit card company! I then asked for his name and he attempted to say it quickly thinking I wouldn’t understand him, then he hung up the phone. Save your time and money and steer clear of this location. This was my first time ordering Hungry Howie’s and if this is how it’s done, I haven’t missed a thing! NOTE: He said it would take 2-5 business days to receive my refund. You better believe I will be checking and if not received within 5 business days, I will be contacting my credit card company!

This was my first time ordering from this specific location. I wish I would’ve spotted the store sooner because I have definitely been missing out. My pizzas were hot, fresh, and tasted amazing. I’m going to go ahead and say it was the closest to perfection any of my takeout and or fast food meals have been lately. My family was equally satisfied.
