I love everyone there. It’s sooo good. Joy, Jazmine, and everyone else there like the new kids and the new manger are great too. I love getting my food from them. BTW Howie’s bread with pepperoni and marinara sauce is the best thing to order

If I could give this store a 10+ I would! This was my first time at this location because I usually go to the Tempe one. I just want to really write this review to let the manager know that I received the BEST, OVER THE TOP, Excellent Customer Service last nite 10/13 approx 6:30-7pm from an employee at this store!! I think her name was Joy, but I can’t remember. She was a short young lady prob around 19 – 22yr old. So please commend her for this info. I stopped in to order pizzas for myself, dtr and grandkids. The card I was using had a slightly damaged magnetic strip so it wasn’t able to slide in the pay terminal. I really wanted to treat my family so I asked if other ways to use the pay terminal. Joy was so patient, understanding and took the time to assist me with other ways, ie input card number manually, add to wallet etc. Unfortunately, these methods wouldn’t didn’t work either. I have worked in the Customer service field for over 30 years and it saddens me to see the drastic decline of quality customer focused service that not just entry level, younger generation employees lack, but even within corporate world. Joy greeted me as soon as I walked in, even while being in the back. Other places won’t even acknowledge a customer even while right in view. Your employee exemplified such patience with me, went above and beyond with respect to me to ask if able to assist other folks that came in to the store. She let me determine if I still wanted to proceed with the order and didn’t show any frustration with this attempt to get my card to work. I stepped out to see what my dtr wanted to do and told Joy I would come back in and let her know to cancel or not. This is where I give this employee Joy the biggest commendment: She actually went above and beyond to take time to contact/call her manager while I stepped out to ask if any alternative to get my card to run on the pay terminal!!! I was in disbelief! She took the time to continue to help me get this order. I was shocked! Happy shocked, that is. Lol I hope I got her name correct, because i just wanted to say Thank you to her and to also let the manager know this employee really made me feel appreciated and that good customer service is still able to be accomplished. She deserves a raise. Lol. Please acknowledge this and once I do order a new card I will be back to get my pizza at your location 🙂 Hopefully she will be working there still!

So my brother in law lives on the west side and frequently orders here. It’s always good. Well he live 5 mins from this location and thought oh great let’s order from here instead of our usual dominos or Cesar’s .
This is literally the worst pizza I have ever consumed. Who the heck checks these pizzas and THINKS this is acceptable.
What I thought was burnt crust turned out to be seasoning …..like they emptied out the entire container of garlic herb seasoning on the crust of my pizza. Go to take a slice and it was totally underdone AND very thin. ( did not order thin crust). Bacon howie bread was underdone and AGAIN Overseasoned.
Never ever ever ordering from here again. For the price my family couldn’t even eat. I stick to to mix and match at dominos

Second time ordering from this location.
The first time, they sent burnt Howie bread, and forgot the marinara sauce. They replaced the bread, and sent over additional marinara sauce.
So, we decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, they sent another order of inedible, burned Howie bread. The pizza was also overdone, but was tolerable.
Will be following up with the location, but am hesitant to order from them, again. Which is disappointing, because we love Hungry Howies, and have never had issues at other locations.

We normally order the pizza from there we tried the sandwiches today worst place ever what is steak and cheese sandwich it ended up getting a veggie sandwich I left my food outside where ants were you want to order something do Papa John’s this place is not worth it we will never order from them again. We will not order any pizzas we will not order anything anymore we’re done ordering them too many mistakes I gave them one star because the answer the phone that’s why they got one star other than that they wouldn’t get any stars

Dont put it in for delivery…they cant deliver. They have problems with Doordash and you either have to cancel the order or get it yourself. I have lost money in delivery fees.

They had toomuch of salt. Even after I told them to make it fresh with clean cut and by using new cloves, they didn’t. Kids got allergic reactions for 3 days. So I personally went to check them out and saw they didn’t even use cloves. Check the video I took as an abidance .

Hungry Howie’s never disappoints, but this visit was next level. I ordered a cheese pizza with the garlic and herb flavored crust and asked for it to be cooked just a minute longer than normal. They had no problem doing that, and it came out absolutely perfect. The crust was crispy, the cheese was melted just right, and the extra cook time made all the difference. I also grabbed four garlic dips and a two liter of Pepsi, which hit the spot. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and I really appreciate how easy they are to work with. Love that this location is so close to home. I’ll definitely be back again.
