I love the pizza and the food from here, but just recently, I tried calling and placing a delivery over the phone and I had the worst experience ever in my entire life. The over the phone was just extremely disrespectful. I don’t know if this is Gen X or GenZ or whatever you wanna call it, but I’ve came to realize that I was trying to be really respectful and nice and I tried my best to just order a pizza and the way this kid was talking to me, was extremely disrespectful. To say the least I ended up not placing an order over the phone and now I’m making a frozen pizza in the oven. In the future, I hope this company hires better employees

Fraudulent business practices. DO NOT purchase with a credit card here. I have been dealing with two charges from June and July and disputing them with my bank multiple times. I haven’t even lived in this state since February. I never gave the app permission to keep my credit card on file either. I just got another charge reversal on my statement. The corporate number is useless. I called them a month ago, they are fully aware of this location and their “issue”. They gave me a “ticket number” to have the owner call me and issue a refund. Guess what? That never happened. I have called this location a few times and was told I would get a call back. Shocker. Never got a call back. This location and owner is doing some fraudulent activities. Whether it’s boosting sales that aren’t really there or what but to have this go on for MONTHS is ridiculous. No one should be purchasing from this location. And I swear if some template response is put on this review you can shove it! Like I said corporate is FULLY aware of this exact location and seems the workers/franchise owners are but aren’t actually doing anything about it.

Last time, I’ll give these guys a chance. The employees at this store just dont care. There is no pride in their job. Must be a very poor manager. The boneless wings had little to no sauce. Before I left, I asked about my purchased ranch I bought. They told me it was in the wing boxes. My bad for not trusting them and drove home. Also, we purchased the cinnamon howie bread. Pizza isn’t bad but I will never buy pizza from this location or even hungry howies ever again. First my USAA debit and credit card were fraudulently charged from there. Now my Wells Fargo debit card was hit for the 3rd time and this time it was over $50. Had to cancel my debit card and order a new one. DO NOT US YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, THEY WILL USE IT IN THE FUTURE WITHOUT CONSENT

I have ordered from this location many times. The last time it took almost three hours to get my order. Displeased with the customer service I haven’t ordered since. Fast-forward a month after and I see they charged my card. After calling the store they told me that the month old transaction didn’t process at the time of my order. I checked and they were correct. Not good communication on their part at all. Now about a month later and I have 3 charges from this location. I haven’t ordered from them in

BUYER BEWARE: Posting this everywhere in hopes that someone will FINALLY reach out to me.
In April, I attempted to place an order online, tried 3 cards via Apple Pay, and none would work, so I called and placed an order over the phone and paid cash and thought that was the end of it.
Flash forward to July, I had multiple charges pushed through over $80+ on all of the cards I attempted to place the order with. I contacted Hungry Howie’s corporate, the store, was given the district manager, Cindy’s number and have called her no less than 15 times over the past month with NO RESPONSE.
The store keeps telling me they didn’t run charges through for that long, but I paid cash…….
Now today, I have 4 more charges that ran through. I haven’t ordered Hungry Howie’s since April and never plan to return after this nightmare. They are scammers and don’t want to take accountability for charging people money for product they never got.
Don’t place an order here unless you want to get randomly charged months later for stuff you never ordered and be ghosted by everyone when you demand your hard earned money back.

BEWARE OF FRAUD & UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES FROM THIS STORE!!!!! This is the 2nd time in only a month that Hungry Howies in San Tan Valley has fraudulently charged us using my “stored” credit card info. We have not ordered pizza there in many months – the charges just showed up out of nowhere. (It appears that hundreds of other Hungry Howies customers have also been fraudulently charged this past month.) We had 3 separate charges for around $50 appear yesterday from this Hungry Howies location which we have not been to in months. They are telling us the district manager is aware but there are so many complaints about this that the contact number gives a recording of “mailbox is full”. This is criminal and fraud !!

Made a purchase one day and have three changes from the same store. I now have over charge of 150 Bucks my order email show one purchase not 3 different ones. And when i Called the store they said “well dispute it with your bank”. Not the response or service I would have expected. Who at the store is taking money, owner or manager?

I wish I could give them a 0 for rating. I have not eaten there in so long and I have seen other reviews. This place has someone there that is taking people’s money. I was charged $50 and I have not eaten there. In forever, someone inside the business is committing fraud. I had to cancel my cards and hope I get my money back this is horrible that they employee people that do these types of things.
