I had an issue with one of the pizzas the manager replaced it and made everything right. I get hungry Howie’s often in this location. Seems to really know what extra Cajun crust means LOL. Thanks for always making accurate orders. Sometimes our pizzas get pretty weird.

I usually don’t have any issues but today was a little different. Food is about presentation and I wasn’t satisfied with the visual or the taste. The pepperoni pizza the meat looked like old leather, the butter sauce that comes with the howie bread wasn’t even half full and the build it yourself the sausage looked old and burnt.

Pretty decent food. I’ve tried the pizza and breadsticks awhile back and they were good, so I decided to try their oven baked sub (turkey club sub without lettuce in the last picture) and their new cheesy jalepeno bread. Both were very good! One star off because this location tends to take quite awhile to get food ready and delivered. This last time took 1 hour.

Ordered online, paid online, show up to pick up pizza and door is locked. Hours earlier they changed operations and only allow curbside pickup. Would have been nice to know in advance. Had to drive back home and figure out how to get them to bring out pizzas. Employees were lost and struggling, I don’t blame them, they are just kids trying to deal with unsure owner/corporate policies.
Pizza is mediocre at best. With all this effort I won’t be going back anytime soon. Ill just cook a frozen pizza at home. It tastes as good and I won’t have to deal with sharpie notes written on door.
The phones were ringing off the hook and employees seemed completely overwhelmed with work load. Maybe we should close businesses like this until we figure out what we are doing with global pandemic.

Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery, never showed up. They told me it was delivered with a photo on my doorstep, showing my address in the photo. They could not show me the photo. I have a doorbell video camera, no person ever showed up. My address is not listed on the front of my house, so that’s not possible either. Basically robbed me of $60.00. What kind of scheme are these folks running?!
