Another disappointing pizza today. There is absolutely no consistency in their pizza making skills, but lately it has been more misses than hits. Ordered two pizzas, one with 2x toppings (at a significant up charge) and one specialty pizza, no changes. The 2x toppings had less than the regular pizza.
Doubt I’ll be back anytime soon… or later.

Got this pizza from our local hungry Howie’s in Holland, Mi. It appears the dough didn’t rise, so it was super flat and hard. Called to complain in a super polite way, and was told rudely that’s just how their pizza is. I’ve had lots of Hungry Howie’s but never had pizza like this before.

Great pizza, great service! In all the 25 years (100s of orders) I have been ordering from the Zeeland Hungry Howie’s I’ve only had maybe one or two complaints and they have ALWAYS rectified the issue or given me a free pizza. But as I said- only once or twice.

On Sundat evening September 22. I had a horrible experience with my take out order. When, I called to place my order. The person that took my order hung up on me while I was asking them if they wanted my name for my order. Then, I arrive to get my order 25 minutes later. There was no pizza. They looked in the computer and they couldn’t even find my order at all. I even gave them the time I called. They offered to make another pizza. But, I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I was so unhappy at this point that I told the Zeeland location no thank you and went elsewhere. Some place that appreciated my order. I have never been so disappointed.

Please explain your $6 delivery fee. I always tip drivers well but not with that kind of fee. That’s crazy. It’s over half the cost of the pizza! Plus an extra $3 charge? Including tax for your delivery fee. For what? $22 for an $11 pizza. Never again.

This place used to be good, but it isn’t anymore. The last two pizzas I got there weren’t good and the one I picked up tonight isn’t even edible. It tastes like somebody sprayed it with a combination of dill pickle juice and tobasco sauce. It’s disgusting! I only hope I’m not going to be sick from something on it that’s spoiled. Three strikes and they’re out. I will NEVER order from them again. I only wish I could get my money back!
