I didn’t know HH started making Detroit Style Pizza and I was excited. I was even more shocked they managed to make the crust PERFECT, yet didn’t melt the cheese and many of the toppings were still fairly raw. The top was not warm and the bottom was very warm. Maybe their oven isn’t heating the top? The cheese isn’t even melted, still shredded. Thank the Lord Baby Jesus for air fryers. Saved the day, 2 pieces at a time.
Update. I gave HH another go for delivery. The driver actually delivered it to the dark unlit house next door, instead of my very lit, house the driver had to drive by to get to the dark regions of my neighbors house. After seeing my pizza was delivered I texted the driver, who went to my neighbors, took the pizza back (after about 20 minutes) and tried to deliver it to me. I didn’t want a cold partially eaten pizza, so I called HH and said they would send another driver. I understand issues happen, but when it’s happened both times at HH and they didn’t offer to make it right since I had to tip both drivers. I spend almost as much in tips as the order itself. I like HH, just not this one. I’ll drive a little longer to pick up pizza from somewhere else.

The reason I’m giving this location only 2 stars is because the last two times I’ve ordered from here they’ve been conveniently out of one thing or another. The first time I tried ordering I wanted to order a Hawaiian style pizza and they were conveniently out of bacon. The second time, I wanted to order a side of bone-in buffalo wings, and they were out that. Come on guys, get your act together…

I only get one style of pizza from here, chicken, bacon, ranch, I recommend doubling the ranch. Only hungry Howie does it. It’s good my kids love it, I can’t comment on the other pizzas. Price is fare for what you get.

We ordered pizza on Friday night for pick up. When I got there, I was told it would be a 4-6min wait which was fine. I walked outside to wait and then walked back in. When I came back in, it still wasnt ready so I sat on the stools in the back. While waiting, I had 3 seperate workers pass by me and each one stopped to ask if I had been helped. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention given.

My husband’s pizza was pretty good. Thank goodness because the buffalo chicken pizza was inedible. It had 2 pieces of chicken on it and a few shreds. It was supposed to be double meat. They just poured a gob of buffalo on top. Looked more like a soup bowl. Very disappointed.

Very disappointing have been a customer for years. In the last 3 times have ordered it has been wrong. 1st time I ordered a large and extra large. The employee tried giving me a large and a medium in a extra large box. I pointed it out and was told the gave my pizza the wrong person so he thought it would be ok. I thought it was a fluke so I went back. The next visit they put wrong crust flavor. Ok little thing. Tonight on 6-19-24 I ordered 2 medium pizzas get home and the flavors of crust is wrong on both pizzas. Also the crust is 4 inches wide. They don’t care about the quality anymore. Will never order again. I would recomend you check your food before leaving.
