I’m the office manager at a local metal shop. We’ve ordered from the Gull Road Hungry Howie’s three times now. Seven pizzas, breads and sodas for 17 people. Every time the food has been hot and exactly as ordered. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. I called the order in and the young lady on the phone made sure we had it correct. The delivery driver was on time and super personable as well. Thanks Howie’s!

I ordered my brother in Kalamazoo a pizza this morning because he’s short on cash until Friday. I ordered a half extra cheese half no cheese, small, uncut pizza with double sauce and pepperoni on the cheeseless side. It came out about 80/20 cheese/no cheese, which is even better! There was a lonely pepperoni sitting on the cheese side, and my brother and I really appreciated the artistic liberties this store took to make this pizza! He said it was nothing short of manna from heaven.

My brother had an order that has been taking well over almost two hours to get here and we live 10-12 mins from the company. When we called a lady was very rude towards my brother and didn’t give much help or thought at all. Good pizza. Friendly staff. Clean lobby area. Ham and pineapple with extra cheese is the way to go. If you don’t like pineapple on your pizza, grow up and learn what tastes good. Stop living such a sheltered life of pepperoni and olives. That’s just sad. I can’t get the delivery but it’s always ready in a timely fashion for the pick up. Spacious, well lit parking, also. I suppose there’s probably better pizza on the planet, but this seems just fine and dandy.

I ordered pizza and when I got it there were issues with pizza but I have to say that I submitted feedback to them about the issue and by far the best customer service that I have had in a long time they got with me in a timely manner and they resolved the matter better then anywhere else that I’ve ever had any issues with I recommend them as a good place to eat at on the fact that they aim to make you have a great experience there no matter what

I order from here a lot, food is always good for me. They deliver fast and use their own drivers, no stupid door dash. I have never had any real problems and I’m not gonna be “that guy” but I ordered a large chicken Caesar salad tonight amongst other things and my salad was just lettuce and cheese. They did include three packs of dressing which is nice but I was hoping to have chicken because this salad did cost more than the ones that were just veggies.

I have been to this location 2 times. The first time I arrived and they told me they were out of the toppings I had ordered online. The second time I ordered they didn’t accept my coupon from a very reputable source in Kalamazoo (Kalamazoo community quarterly) that is shipped to merely everyone in Kalamazoo. They tried charging me 3 times the amount of the coupon. Needless to say, I left without the pizza. The next day the store manager called and made everything right. He also stated he retrained the employees on the appropriate action to take and apologized. Due to this fact, I will retry this location.
