Worse pizza I’ve seen in YEARS! Rather my dough was 100% Frozen or just partially frozen before they topped it and put it through the oven either way got it home and it looked worse than a frozen pizza that you get from the store the dough was completely flat and partially uncooked no point in even trying to call but we let you guys know do not order from here

My last visit to this location resulted in 2 half burnt pizzas while also watching the staff refuse to answer phones cause they were “busy” and fail to provide proper orders to 2 different customers who waited extended times. After submitting a review with my concerns I got no response from the store and no real concern for what happened. So take your chances if you want but just know your business isn’t worth much to them.

At Hungry Howies on N Waverly in Lansing MI evening 2/28/26. The website wouldn’t work, so I ordered via phone call. When I stopped in for pick up, I told them the total is higher than the site said and asked about the deals. The gal said her manager was hiding in the bathroom and she will try to get his attention. The manager Alex said they were strictly online and it didn’t matter the site wasn’t working even though I could show the online total was a $7 difference for what they would ring up. So we asked if they would give us more ranch. He responded sarcastically, “sure we have a ton of ranch….for 79c a piece.” His staff called him out for hiding, when he came out he was unwilling to help with the deals/site issue, then made that sarcastic comment to top it off. Bad service is not worth the pizza. Unfortunately not the first time someone has told me about service problems at this location, sucks I had to learn this way.

Ordered some pizza while in Lansing. I was hoping it was good. Got the order and the food was good, hot and got it fast. They did forget our plates napkins and extra sauce we paid for but they brought it back to us. Will eat here again if we are ever this way.

I would give a lower rating if possible. During me and my boyfriend’s DoorDashing, an employee made an unnecessary issue out of our parking late in the evening despite the lot being empty. The tone of the interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. This experience was off-putting and has ensured that we will not be returning. I can see why some customers choose delivery rather than entering the store… if the workers here wanted to be in law enforcement that’s what you should’ve applied for instead of hungry howies.

Delivery guy was very cool however. I ordered $38.10 worth of food. I shouldn’t have to cut my own pizza into slices. My “hot wings” had no sauce they looked like chicken nuggets and the manager wasn’t pleasant to speak to her first response was to send out sauce after I already waited an hour for delivery. Then stated “ well we can guarantee the size of them they are small.” I can careless about the size they are missing the sauce and I paid $9.99 for these 10 “boneless hot wings “.

This has happened several times but in the past it was the pizza crust. The three cheeser bread is flat like the dough didn’t rise. The bread was not good. I’m not sure if it was the texture or what.

It’s Hungry Howies so it’s tasty but this location is hit or miss. Last couple times my pizza was very flat and deflated. Last time half of my pizza had no sauce on it.

I ordered a pizza and i start looking and there is a piece of hair under my slice of pizza. I talked to the female manager and she told me thats not possible because she has purple hair and its probably a string of cheese!! My pizza had barley any toppings on it to begin with but i still ate it until i saw the hair. I will be getting my money back and throwing this away!
