Ordered 2 subs.. one without mushroom. Simple? No. Got the subs, got mushrooms, no sauce packets. Delivered by door dash whom had 0 change even tho we informed them we are paying with cash. Called back, got a replacement sub and comp bread. The sub had so much cheese it was ridiculous, barely any meat. The bread was so drenched in butter sauce it was disgusting. Idk what happened Howie but the quality has dropped tremendously. We will be checking out some other places in town for a bit. Hope things get turned around.

When ordered delivery stated it would be 5:30p, it was delivered at 6:40p. I was not notified it would be late. Also without notification they used Door Dash for delivery not a Hungry Howies delivery driver. With that I had paid for extra sauces and not only did I not receive them, but I also didn’t receive the free ones included. I don’t think I will be ordering from this location again. The quality was lacking, the toppings were minimal. There are better places in town.

We ordered off from Owosso hungry Howies and after 2 hours we called to see where it was. They apparently don’t have a delivery driver on a Friday night and were relying on door dash to deliver it. No call to tell us there was a delay, needless to say we canceled the order since they were still planning on having the hour and a half old pizza delivered by DoorDash

Do not go to this location. Ordered from here a large order earlier in the week. Got it home to find a hair in one of the pizzas. Call back talk to the manager that night who was supposed to issue a credit for next time because I wasn’t driving back that night. Call to redeem that and am told they can’t find credit and that my phone number has no orders when I’ve ordered from there a million times. It was the owner who “helped” me and he didn’t offer no resolution. Will not be going back and might want to check you food for hairs.

Price goes up because everything is going up, but for some reason when their price goes up their quality plummets. Very disappointed. Whole order was very tough and chewy. Not enjoyable. Would NOT recommend.

If you thought dominos in owosso was bad this new hungry howies is basically the same as them. Raw cookie dough i had to cook it again in the oven after I got it because the top half of this cookie was the only part that was cooked. Sandwich was subpar with little flavor. Only thing good was the bread. Will not be ordering again should have just gotten a frozen from Walmart.

Ordered a timed order for 10pm. Being as the order was placed between operating hours I expected it to be upheld, at least Domino’s delivers all orders placed during their operating hours lol. Anyways, I called back to change the time of my order and asked them to have the driver leave my pizza on a chair and I’d have a tip waiting for them on it. Guess whose doorbell got rung while trying to put kids to bed? Cool stuff.
