On Nov. 11 I placed a large order for a group meeting Tues. evening. After waiting over half an hour with no delivery, I phoned the store. I was told by Manager Jeremy that my order was lost due to the internet being down and a refund would be issued. I waited a week, visited the store Nov. 21 and spoke to Holly. She wasn’t able to refund me although she was aware of the problem. Later in the day I contacted Steve by a text message; he phoned me immediately. Steve apologized (sincerely) for the problem and offered me 1) dinner on the house 2) cash refund. I chose the cash refund. Upon arrival to get my cash, Jeremy apologized again and as he handed me the cash he assured me a future order would receive 50% discount. Never in the course of working this out did I or the 3 of them become agitated. It all worked out, proving that by being patient and nice, results happen!

Poor quality at a high price. We just moved into the area. The first time we ordered, it was, meh, just okay. We figured, maybe it depended on the time of day. So, this time we ordered around 7pm, hoping the quality would be at its best. Thought, pizza, a movie, and an awesome Family Night! Nope. One pizza has hardly any cheese, and the toppings look like they just fell onto it. The other pizza looks like it fell onto the toppings and then just gave up. Very disappointing.

I order from here all the time and the pizza is always great. The delivery drivers are amazing. I usually get a ranch cup with my order and I forgot to order it, I didn’t even realize until the delivery driver was at my house but they had already brought a ranch cup for my order which was very thoughtful. I swear, every time I order from here it is wrong….. tonight i ordered a thin crust ham and pineapple and received a regular crust. Usually it would not be a huge deal but I live in webberville and would never chose this over the williamston one. Unfortunately I didn’t have a choice tonight….. I wish that I could have ordered from the other one, they rarely get it wrong
