I ordered the new detroit style deep dish pizza today, it was terrible and overcooked. It was like chewing on a piece of shoeleather. Hardly no sauce or cheese, what was there was all dried up. I will not be back to this location. I’ve had deep dish frozen pizza from a box, that was a hell of a lot better than that.

Spent 65.60 on 4 pizzas. Rounded up to 70 bucks. Bc I ordered in store and picked it up 15 mins later. They doubled my tip of 4.40 to 74.40. Pizza was decent but you just lost my business. That’s pretty low of your employees.

Food here is great, they don’t skimp on cheese! Service is FAST and they work hard to make sure you’re happy with your order. Tried their new Pickle Dill Crust, and LOVED IT. BRING BACK CHEESE PUFF CRUST! Great work, guys!

Ordered through the app. It was extremely easy. Got to the store and they were bringing my order up to another customer (We had the same last name. Thankfully we were both paying attention). Upon picking up the food and getting home found both pizzas to be undercooked, just this side of being doughy still. 1 pizza was no sauce and 1 was suppose to be light sauce. The “light sauce” pizza had more sauce than your average pizza does. I called the store to speak with them on it, and was told they would keep an eye on the stuffed crusts from then out, and that I would receive a credit. There has been no changes to my account on either end hours later. If nothing by morning, I am calling the store again.

First off I would like to thank you for restoring pizza night at our house as ALL the other pizza options in Eaton Rapids are more then just a letdown they are an atrocity they can’t make pizza to order to save their lives.
