I places an online order at 5:48. The delivery time said 55 min. At 7:02 I finally called the store to find out what was going on. The manager acted like she didn’t care how long it’s been already. Then told me that the food was still there but the driver was about to leave with it and should be here in 15 min. 30 min later and still no food. I finally gave up. Called to cancel the order and the same manager still had this “oh well” attitude. Needless to say I won’t order from this store again.

I ordered two Italian subs today via. mobile app, pickup and a small antipasto salad when I got there. There were 2 ladies working. One at the counter (who made my salad) and the other one making pizzas. I noticed the one who was making pizzas go the (Refilling Station?), she was using her BARE HANDS to refill her station!!! She proceeded to fill the Salad Station with mozzarella cheese and AGAIN with her BARE HANDS!!!! THIS IS TOTALLY UNSANITARY!!! I’ll never go back there again!

I ordered a sausage pizza that I picked up, when I got home. It was just a cheese pizza, called the store, and he told me that I’d have to come back for the pizza instead of them delivery it to me. You screwed up that pizza. You should have been delivered to me. I did not go back and get it. And will not buy pizza there again. There’s just no customer service anymore.

The food is always great. Last night, I ordered 1 pizza with two toppings, went to pick it up and the girl said they messed up and only put one of the toppings on my pizza. She said they were remaking my pizza and for my time and trouble I could have both pizzas! Great customer service. They not only admitted their mistake but compensated me for my time waiting.
