Usually have great experiences with the food here. However it took over an hour and 30 mins for our food to get here and at least a half hour of that time was delivery time. Also I asked for extra cucumbers on my salad and I got only 2 slices of cucumber that were translucent and half frozen.

Was doing doordash for 2 orders. They refused to give the second order meaning they refused to give us the customers order making it outrageous when people literally are waiting for their food. This place was the worst on how it worked.

Well to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I ordered online for our pizza and sub to be picked up at 7:10 this evening. Showed up a couple minutes early to pay for our meal, and the lady working said they were having trouble with online orders and they offered to comp our meal for the inconvenience. They said would be another 15 minutes. We went and got a beverage nearby to pass the time, came back to an empty locked store 2 hours before closing time. There were many people in the parking lot waiting to pick their food up that already paid for their food as well. It’s like they just up and left. We tried calling and knocking on the door and nobody answered. Drove 40 minutes round trip for nothing with no explanation.

Ordered pizza with cheese bread, and chicken Asiago salad. Over $40 Order 2 blocks from the restaurant. Order showed up without salad. Drive took off racing down congress and I called to complain. Driver was back before management took the call 4 min 30 sec after delivery and management said driver car just sounds like he’s racing the engine. 4min 30 sec in dinner time traffic? When driver returned he demanded cash then I showed on my app we paid by card. I refused to pay and the then I realized he didnt Bring the dipping sauce for the bread that I paid extra for. Management is poor, delivery is reckless. Service sucks.

i was first disgusted by how incredibly filthy it was in there as well as the rude service i received from multiple employees. i secondly was very unpleased once i learned there was no bathroom for customers to use. lastly i was disturbed once i found a FLY in my pizza.

New to Caro,looking for a pizza place,but not wanting fast food pizza,because they are all basically the same. I tried The Oven they are basically a one, and done for me.
HH was ok, but honestly if I had on a blind fold I could have guessed it was Dominoes.
I did notice a change. I thought all chaims were the same but the menu on this HH is limited compared to florida where they have subs, spagehtti, and much more.
Anyways still searching for a good pizza place.

Ordered 2 regular steak cheese and mushroom subs and was rang up for the large. Told the girl I wanted regular and she said they come in small and large, pointed out that the sign says regular and large. She looked up there turned back to me and said “so you want small?”.
