I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve become very frustrated. The workers are nice and the food tastes good, but I’ve had to re-slice my pizza every single time. The size of each slice is inconsistent and not cut all the way through. I’m very disappointed because it seems to be a constant occurrence. For what I’m being charged, they should be putting a lot more effort into doing it right.

I’ve never had a hungry Howie’s sub before, so I tried one today. (Spoiler alert, it’s a cheap calzone. An open pizza folded in half.) But regardless, not my complaint. It was supposed to come with 3 toppings of my choice. Ham, onion, and bacon. The ham was decent, almost drowned in it. The bacon was scarce, hardly tasted any of it. And the onion, oh, the onion… I opened everything up before I ate it. Two slivers of onion per side of said sub. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. I paid good money for a product, and I received a disgrace. Do better! Subway does better, and they’re on a 1 third restriction on veggies. As it sits, I do not recommend.

I love hungry howies, but they seem to be going down hill, pizza I ordered last week was very skimpy on toppings, figured it was a fluke, this week it appears that you only have to put topping on a few slices. Also delivery time said 40 mins, took a hour, I wouldnt mind a courtesy call to let me know, I get it it happens, but come on, please step it up….

Where do I start? The worker on the phone asked me to spell my name. A 5 letter name shouldn’t be that hard to spell, yet I had repeated the letters 3 times for the worker. Then I tried to pay over the phone. The worker didn’t know what number month April was without me telling him myself. My card was then rejected over the phone but magically worked in the store. And when I arrived, I noticed my name was STILL SPELLED WRONG. Guess 3 tries wasn’t enough. Very poor service and it appears as if the workers don’t have their head on straight, by the way my pizza was cut.

It’s funny I was close to this one hungry Howies in Ortonville and decided to get a pizza and my last review had Emily working at the other store And Emily was working this one. It just shows that she is a real good worker to pick up shifts where she can. She’s really pleasant and very efficient. The pizzas taste great.

I ordered an x-large pizza that wasn’t cooked right. The crust wasn’t even brown. It was firm by not done. My large one topping pizza was just a little over cooked but okay. We also ordered 3- cheeses Howie bread that wasn’t cooked all the way. I was embarrassed to serve to my guests.

Ordered a pizza and wings on my way home from work. I pick it up and drive the rest of the way home to my family. Open the boxes and I’ve got a cookie no pizza. I called to get it delivered they said no delivery drivers. They refused to refund my meal even tho they messed up! Never eat here again the wings I got were all fat on top of it

This is a big name pizza place for a reason. Food usually is very good. It does depend on who is cooking. I feel that is standard for any pizza place across the board.

Ordered a pizza, veggie flatbread, Greek salad, and bread on 4th of July. Everything was amazing! Seriously the best I’ve ever had from hungry howies. Everything I ordered extra was definitely extra. There were also so many veggies on the flatbread it was insane. I appreciate the girls that were working the holiday! Hope they see this message and know I appreciate them!
