Did online order 2 days in advance for noon. Noon rolled around and no pizza. My lunch is from 12 to 12:30. This was an order for like 10 people. We called and they said it wouldn’t be there till 12:30 and proceeded to hang up. So needless to say no lunch today. I will never order from Lapeer hungry howies again. There is no reason this should have happened.

We have always had great pizza here. But I don’t know what happened today. The mushrooms that were added to our salad were old and should have been tossed. And we found a large clump of dirt with them. They did refund the salad and apologized profusely. The mushrooms are supposed to be prewashed when they get them, not entirely stores fault.

I ordered a pizza on August 13, 2024 at around 8pm, not only was it delivered quickly and professionally by a very nice driver. Whoever made my pizza did an absolutely amazing job. That was the best pizza I’ve had in a while, it was cooked exactly the way I wanted. Cant complain about flavored crust and their variety of tasty food aside from their amazing pizza. Fast delivery, i have never had a problem with them. Their pink for breast cancer is a good cause too that i can get behind though i wonder how much actually reaches the charity.

Been using “1lgco” code forever or years. Its a perm code. 9$ pizza or 10$ deep dish. It was even cheaper a year or so ago… Now with the detroit style deep dish, they removed standard deep dish, and raised price by 4$ giving you nothing in return forcing or trying to force their customers into this scam. They think by saying detroit style and slapping sauce on top of the pizza instead of under the cheese that means they can charge you 40% more literally for nothing. I think its time everyone stops giving them any business and lets just sit back and watch how volatile and unstable chain corporations are when they loose just a little business and essentially collapse and shut down..id rather just eat pizza from people and shops that care. This deep dish promo just appears like some sort of move just to keep them from going bankrupt or something because u cant be shadier or darker than this without being prosecuted, lets be real…

Holy shrunken food batman! My hand is literally bigger than the box that an entire calzone comes in! That’s absolutely nuts lol. I mean sure it only costs 6.99 if you mix and match but wowwwww has the food shrunk. I remember just a few years ago you’d be lucky to finish a whole calzone in one go, now you have to order 3 just to have some leftovers. If hungry howies food gets any smaller they are gonna have to start offering a micro menu! Thank goodness we ordered pizza with this order. Otherwise we’d be dust in the wind!

Little by little the quality of their product is falling. It used to be an admirable pizza with a thick, bubbly order crust and thinner center adorned with a good amount of toppings. Sadly it’s become a hack job either rushed or people by care-less people. The last pizza I got, a pepperoni and mushroom with sesame seed crust, was a flat, doughy, bread-like disk with little sauce and carelessly put together. Instead of a seed crust I got seeds spread across the pizza covering the pepperoni. I requested the pizza to be well done and it wasn’t resulting in a soggy bottomed Floppy mess. What they’ve succeeded in doing is creating a dominoes tasteless thing. Very disappointed and likely not to return.
