I ordered from the Mix & Match at which time the boy told me it’s no longer 5.99 Now it is 7.49. Okay fine. But that wasn’t what I was charged. The credit card slip came to like $30 & I told the kid it was wrong. He couldn’t do anything about it so I called the store long story short…he said that one of the two items I ordered is not included with that!! What?? He knew what I wanted but instead he was slick & put it thru at the regular menu price. An argument went on for too long. He says it’s my fault for not catching it when gave me the total! The soggy crusted pizza was nasty. He better credit my acct like he finally said he did. Granted it’s all over $7 but why should I get stuck. What ever happened to don’t argue-the customer is always right”? I must be old school

Tried a Detroit style for the first time here.
Absolutely disgusting! They put the sauce over unmelted cheese so when it came out of the oven that’s what you got (unmelted cheese under the sauce).
So if you want to get it right put sauce on first then the cheese and toppings then a very thin light stripe of sauce on top so the cheese will melt and brown correctly.

I ordered a delivery of 2 pizzas. I added jalapeños on the side because we have someone allergic to peppers. I asked for the order to be repeated. Order was repeated as I ordered it. When order was delivered the jalapeños where on the pizza. I called to let them know they could have killed someone because of allergies to peppers and all I got was “we will add a note”.. no need because I will not order from you anymore… by the way this is not the first time they did this. I am just a person who hopes that companies really listen…

I have been ordering from this location for awhile now & it’s usually pretty awesome. I’ve only had one less than awesome experience overall.
But I called in, and the woman on the phone was very understanding and respectful about it. She’s always very nice & professional when I do pickup too.. So 5 stars!

Went into Hungry Howie’s and paid for my order for dinner. Told the clerk, Mike, that I’m hoping to become a Door Dasher, he gave me a Door Dash Sash and the next day I was accepted to Dash! Kindness still exists, and I appreciate how delicious the pizza we got was! Thank you!! Highly recommend Hungry Howie’s, excellent service, pizza made to order!

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying food, or anything for that matter. Tonight, June 7, 2023. It took two calls to even get the employee to pick up, at 9:20. I was polite and said “Sorry to order within an hour of closing. I really appreciate it”. Went to pick it up, took a peek at the pizza on the counter. The same employee I talked to made constant uncomfortable eye contact with a nasty expression the whole time and said “I put more toppings on there than normal, so if you want, I can make you a different one with less toppings for the same price. Now either pay for it or get out. I’m trying to close here”. If this is the kind of person Hungry Howie’s is hiring now, I’m never ordering their food again. I used to really like a couple of their other places.

The pizza was good, service was friendly and polite.
Only reason for 4 stars is the credit card reader asking for a tip. I picked up pizza. Why would I tip? Tip culture is out of control. Servers at restaurants make far less than other service workers, thats why we tip.
I would tip for delivery, thats it.
