We had the BBQ Howie Wings, a Howie Maui Pizza, and a BBQ Chicken Pizza. Everyone really liked it, The wings were awesome and the pizza was cooked perfectly. That’s the first time I’ve been to that store and I will definitely go back.

I was told by corporate the owner of Holly store would call me, That was 3 weeks ago. I believe this new store doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Explain to me why if you order a chicken pizza you get 5 pieces of chicken total. I paid 27 bucks plus a 7 dollar tip and I guess that’s not worthy of a phone call.
Crap. I ordered a large pizza with chicken,ham and bacon with no sauce. There was 5 tiny pieces of chicken on the pizza. 27 bucks plus change and l gave a 7 dollar tip. I will never order there again and will not tell other people to order from them. I had a call from I’m guessing corporate and she told me the owner would reach out to me. Still waiting on that call. It’s like they don’t care about customer service.

Ordered a simple large pizza, unfortunately, it was burnt, still edible though. I left a survey from the confirmation email, and was contacted by phone the same night. Was given a replacement pizza at no extra cost, and the manager at the time, Ryan, was very personable!

I absolutely love the garlic butter crust. I did have it delivered a few times to someone’s house and they missed the lettuce and tomatoes but when I called them too let them know (the person that I ordered it for was adamant on getting them) they sent a driver out and gave us the missing ingredients. Overall I don’t have anything bad to say about them. The drivers are always kind and courteous.

Extremely disappointed normally this place is great when they work with their own employees when they deal through DoorDash for their deliveries is a terrible idea. Please hire more drivers. It took almost 2 hours to get my pizza by the time I got it. It was so cold and nasty. I couldn’t even eat itwas extremely warm we made a complaint through the Howies app and no compensation was made. Please stick with him house employees and apparently their app screwed up and took away all of the added points so now I get burned again and lose out on a earned free pizza by losing their points ♂️ looks like I’ll have to find a new place to get pizza

Ordered around 5:30 pm and the person on the phone said that it would take about 30 minutes we waited and waited waited and then it’s now 6:25 and I see the driver outside of my house I wave and then he turns the car around and floors it. So we call them and they said he forgot the pizza, then we wait and now it’s 6:30 and the delivery guy goes to the wrong house so I yell across my yard and say hey it’s over hear. Then he gives me our pizza then I think everything’s all right but nope I open the pizza and it’s the completely wrong one then seconds later I hear banging on my window!? I look and it’s the delivery driver and he says sorry I gave you the wrong pizza can I have it back and the receipt so I give it back and he drives recklessly away. I am astonished at how bad my service was, this is unacceptable I won’t be buying here again.
