Absolutely Blown Away – Management Makes All the Difference!
I leave alot of reviews tonight absolutely warrants a 5-star rating, and a huge part of that credit goes directly to their incredible management. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire team seemed to be operating like a well-oiled machine.
We ordered a classic pepperoni and a specialty vegetarian pie, and both were cooked to perfection – crispy crust, generous toppings, and that perfect balance of flavors. But what truly set this visit apart was watching the management in action. The manager guy with big hair looked like the Mayor of Whooville- was everywhere, not just overseeing, but actively helping, engaging with customers. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly set a fantastic example for his staff.
I observed him resolve a minor issue with another customer’s order with such grace and professionalism that it was truly impressive. His leadership clearly translates into a happy and efficient staff, which in turn leads to an outstanding customer experience. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their food and the satisfaction of their patrons.
This isn’t just a great pizza place; it’s a shining example of how strong management can elevate an entire business. Bravo

Both pizzas were wonderful! Staff was great , found the young lady on the phone to be short and while trying to order ,she kept saying , ” IS THAT ALL?” she was kinda rude . Small location with limited parking. Ordered a large pepperoni with garlic parmesan crust. Although the sauce was amazing the pizza itself was not the best. The crust was a bit hard and felt like there was barely any cheese. This was my first time having Hungry Howies and I was not overly impressed.

Horrible customer service at this store. Places an order and told 30 minutes. Arrived at the store after 30 mins (and their app said my food had been done for 10 mins) only to be told that it’s going to be another 10 mins plus before my food is done. The staff didn’t care and even as I waited for my food, they continued to tell customers “30 mins” for their orders which was completely false. The staff didn’t care that they were lying to customers, they had no interest in getting the order fixed and did nothing to resolve the problem. Your better off going to a different pizza place in town.
