Bought a fundraiser coupon book. Ordered my first pizza from it. Absolutely horrible! Burnt and hardly any cheese. I don’t normally use Hungry Howie’s. I bought the coupons in support of the school. What I received was basically crap. They had one opportunity to say come eat our pizza and they failed, hot garbage!

Hungry Howies has always been one of the best pizzas except today my mom ordered a pizza and bread by phone she arrived 15 minutes later and waited another 20 minutes .Asked her if she paid for the pizza when he (Jamie M??) was the one who charged her and took her money. Pizza was flat and wet. Cheese bread was doughy and uncooked in the middle. 2 days off of work , project to do at home thought we would have leftovers. Gross mess. Very unhappy and wasted money on pizza she was not happy with.

Ordered online, they always mess it up but I like the crust (Wich they also usually mess up) stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes while the all looked at me like I had grown antlers and turned purple. The pizza was messed up as well, I wanted half pep and sausage and half cheese, I got half pepperoni and the other half sausage. I used to work in a pizza place and this is just pathetic service and quality control.

Had an issue with the delivery driver, the driver tried stating they do not take orders an hour before they close, arguing that they have a lot of work to do to close, even though the business is open until ten. I called and followed up with the manager Robert who was beyond helpful, and made up for the conflict.
