Got take out last night and bought a garlic cream cheese dip for $1.75. I got home opened the lid and this dip looked and stunk so bad it had to have been weeks old. me being 6 months pregnant I immediately started puking the smell was so bad. They closed so I couldn’t call and let them know. This is my favorite spot I always go to so I’m very disappointed. they need to date their dips to make sure rotten foods aren’t being sold to customers. Paid 1.75 just to throw up.

Around after Christmas we decided to get food here. We wanted some pizza and bread for the family and just had some money to do so. We’ll we ordered it, got it and left. when we stopped we found that the pizza had no cheese just sauce. So we drive back and I said to myself “hey simple mistake we’ll just tell them and get a new one” (we ordered online turns out the button to get rid of cheese was literally one tap no warnings at all) so we get there and they tell us that we’re NOT GETTING A REFUND OR THE PIZZA REPLACED. I was so pissed. i was with my family just trying to get some nice pizza with them after the holidays with the money we had left. I just wanted to leave but my dad decided to pay for another one since they DENIED US A REFUND FOR A SIMPLE MISTAKE well we get home and the pizza is just not good I was livid. We wrote a bad review though there app and well I get a call from the manager in the morning saying there sorry and that if there was an order without cheese they were supposed to call and check (which they didn’t) and that I had a free pizza added to the account. Well a few weeks later with the family again we decided to claim that free pizza you know second chances and all. well guess what the guy tells me it EXPIRED IN DECEMBER AND NO LONGER CAN GET IT. SOO YOUR SAYING THAT I HAD 4 OR SOMETHING DAYS TO CLAIM A PIZZA THEY MESSED UP AND REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND MAKING US PAY FOR ANOTHER PIZZA THAT WASN’T THAT GOOD. By the way he sure didn’t tell me that it would EXPIRE at the end of December. so yeah here’s this review. if you want some pizza without getting SCAMMED go somewhere else were you wont have the end of the holiday ruined for you. Now Just so you know I’ll NEVER PAY A CENT HERE AGAIN FOR AS LONG AS I WILL LIVE. Thank you for reading.

The pizza was pizza for sure. The service wasnt friendly or polite. The pizza reminded me of a Little Ceasars Hot n Ready. (Yuck!! ) Hardly any cheese and literally 7 pepperonis on my pizza. The crust was about 1/8 inch thick with no sesame or garlic herb on it. I was on lunch and didnt have time to wait for another pizza. I will say that I LOVE the Hungry Howies in Waterford on Highland n Pontiac Lk Rd. LOVE IT. I get 2 or 3 pizzas a week from them. Im pretty sure somebody needs to get this Hungry Howies on a “save-me” list and start making pizzas that represent HH’s standards!!!!

I ordered the new 73 classic which advertises 73 pepperonis on one large pizza I received the pizza only received 40 something pepperonis on it called. The store asked if there’s anything they could do and they said that there is nothing they can do. They put the correct amount of pepperonis on it when clearly they did not and they are false advertising saying that they put the correct amount of pepperonis on it and I will provide the proof of the advertisement

We ordered a delivery pizza (which we never do we always pick up) and it had an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. After 1 hour we called to check the status and they said our pizzas were waiting for delivery drivers to get back (15 minutes) while our pizza had already been sitting out for about 6 minutes. So our 40 minute estimate turned into 90 minutes with pizza that had been sitting out for about 30 minutes. Cancelled our order and won’t be back.
