We ordered from HH for a long time then a few months ago, we weren’t feeling that we were getting great pizza. So we ordered from Jets but today, Nov 5 th, we decided to try HH again, well guess what? This was THE best pizza ever, my whole family said the same thing, some times you can’t please everyone BUT today, HH you did an outstanding job. Pizza, wings and bread were fabulous. Idk what you did differently but it was extremely amazing. Thank you, we will continue to order from you. Great job

Yesterday I had ordered a medium original crust pepperoni pizza. From past experiences of having undercooked pizza, I made sure I clicked the well done option. They delivered pizza that was black and hard. I immediately called and the manager was willing to remake the pizza. I went to pick up the remade pizza, a well done pepperoni pizza. The second pizza was cooked well done exactly how it should have been the first time around and tasted great that’s why I am giving a 2 star review instead of one. But you could tell looking at the first pizza it was burnt and it should’ve been remade without the customer calling and complaining. There is no way if I worked here I would’ve boxed this pizza up and then delivered it. I’ve attached a picture to show exactly how bad the first one was.

We always order on line and pick up at this store. Pizzas and other items are always ready on time and made exactly as requested. We often order pizzas with cheese only on one half due to dietary needs..and this store always gets it right.

Usually a good experience- we ordered delivery and had 2 very burnt pizzas delivered to us and an uncut cheese bread. Called to see what could be done about it and the manager seemed bothered by the phone call and even mentioned that their pizzas are “usually well done”. Our pizza was not edible. They did remake the pizza for us which was nice but the manager could have been a touch more friendly or professional about the ordeal.

Got entire order wrong . No black olives only on side, pepperoni on whole pizza ham on half its all cheese half ham. When I was there I had to remind what sauces came with and what sauces I needed that I paid for. When I tried to call back 10 mins after they did close cause I drove 20 mins to get since their delivery charge is 9.99! No one answered. Will be calling back tomorrow very disappointing.

Well, when I used to go to Hungry Howies, there was a guy named Dave who was the manager and he made the very best pizzas out of that group. But since then, Dave had moved onto a different store and now there’s a gal over there named Karley K. who dethroned Dave. Karley makes the very best pizza that I’ve had over at Hungry Howies’s by far. It seems funny to me because everybody has the same ingredients. She’s a keeper.

I just waited 1hr and 55 minutes for my order that was supposed to take 40 minutes. That’s crazy to me. I’ve never waited that long for delivery from anywhere even on a busy night. And to no surprise it was barely even warm. On top of it they forgot the extra cream cheese dip I ordered and paid for. Needless to say I doubt I’ll use this location again.
