In from out of town and Order delivery. Pizza showed up later then expect. Not a huge concern but being it was later then they estimate I would of hope it would of been cooked right. The bread sticks were black, burnt! The pizza crust on one of the pizza was also black, burnt. I don’t know how black burnt food has made it past any quality check. I had to throw away the bread sticks it was not edible. We ate the rest because we had not had a meal after a long day of travel.

When it comes to service/ delivery.. you need to pay your driver’s more or something.. I’m not ordering again cause last 3 times was door dash and this last time they took there sweet time getting to me so I’m sick of it. I used to support hungry Howies but y’all are becoming corrupt! I’m moving on I’ll miss the flavored crust.. bad business period door dash should not be for local pizza never.. very dumb management decisions!!..

I keep giving this store a shot but they can’t seem to find competent people to work there. I’ve lived here 10 years. The 1st 3 times I ordered from this store they messed up my order so I stopped going. Decided to give them another chance after 9 years of avoiding them. 2nd time back and I was left waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes while my pizza got cold. Employees saw me walk in, disappeared into the back without even acknowledging me and didn’t return until I dropped my keys onto the counter. Then employee insults me. I’m done. Keep hiring paint chip connoisseurs and this is what you’ll get.

First time ordering from this store… ordered large order… cheese bread…2 different salads…sub…hot wings. The food was very good… salads fresh and crisp… wing’s were very good. My only problem was the delivery… ended up with door dash…if I had known probably wouldn’t have ordered. Driver didn’t speak English… didn’t bring the whole order… wouldn’t call store to tell she didn’t get it all. The store manager handled it very well… send out missing items right away. Highly recommend food… DON’T use door dash!!!
