Ordered 2 large 1 topping pizzas and a 3 cheese Howie bread which costs more then regular Howie bread and theres literally no cheese on it. Just a couple sprinkles. I’ll be calling the store tomorrow for a free 3 cheese bread. This is unacceptable.

One of the absolute worst hungry Howie’s franchises I’ve ever ordered from. They are so cheap they can’t even put enough cheese in the crust! You made my pizza completely wrong and when I say something you tell me ok it’ll be 10 minutes and you can get a new pizza made the way you ordered. 15 minutes goes by and I go in and your employees tell me you “ran out of large pizzas” it would be atleast another 20 minutes to get a pizza I ordered over an hour ago! Never pay ahead at this location! You will regret it! Don’t even bother with the typical response with a number to corporate you know well that you don’t follow up with complaints! Should be ashamed you can’t get a single employee that gives a damn about your establishment. Maybe pay them better or treat them right! I’ll be ordering Marcos from now on! Yall had so many chances and you mess up to much because you think your franchise can take a little heat.

Ordered a DoorDash delivery and while everything was correct on my receipt and box sealed to my surprise when I open the box it was the completely wrong pizza. I called this store and explained the situation and was told it would be remade and delivered (especially since it wasn’t on doordash) almost an hour goes by before I received a call from the manager to say they can’t do anything about it. If I could give them a negative zero I would. No other solution or apology was given for the inconvenience and error on THEIR part. Just that I had to go through DoorDash

This time, no lettuce or tomato either..! So tired of not getting my order correctly no matter what Restaurant I go to, I’m over fast food it’s to overrated and people don’t know how to do their job..! I don’t eat if it’s not what I order, so thanks Hungry Howie’s now I go hungry and I spent over $20 at your store! Nobody has time to go back to the store for 1 thing, gas prices are to high for that!

I ordered three large pizzas it came to $54 when I showed up I ordered three Ranch dressings they charged me another $3. Brought the pizzas back opened up the the boxes only to discover 1/3 of the pizzas was solid crust. HUNGRY HOWIES CORPORATE SEND YOU A BOT GENERATED RESPONSE AND TELLS YOU TO CALL 888 NUMBER. THE PERSON WHO ANSWER’S SAY THEIR’SNOTHING THEY CAN DO AS EACH STORE IN INDEPENDENTLY OWNED. THEY SAY MGT. WILL GET BACK IN 24 HOURS. YOULL NEVER HEAR FROM ANYONE .

I just wanted something simple so I ordered stuffed cheese bread, I opened the box after it was delivered and my jaw dropped. I’m appalled that they would even box this and send this to a customer. I can guarantee had they cooked this for themselves they would have made themselves a new one. But instead they burn a paying customers food, box it up, and send it on its way…..only to get to the customer who can’t even bite off a piece because not only is it burnt to crisp, it’s fricking stale. NOT EDIBLE. AT ALL. So burnt the edges of bread curled. It’s disrespectful that they would see how burnt this is and not remake it. What a joke. I’d go somewhere else if I were you.
Oh and don’t bother calling the 800 number that they provide on here when they want you to report something that upset you, I called and the person on the other end barely said two words and when I told her what happened, she condescendingly was like “ok???” – then at the very end of the conversation she says “well what do you want Hungry Howies to do about it?” – I’m sorry but, what? Isn’t that what the number is provided for is a solution? What a company!

Took forever to get assistance at the counter. Kinda grossed out watching a kid in the back scratch his head vigorously, plah with his hair, then come hand me my food. Won’t go back.
