We haven’t ordered from this location in a few years because our last experience was so bad, and this time was unfortunately the same. We ordered one large pizza and a breadstick through the app directly. We were quoted about 40 minutes (which is fine since it’s Friday that’s understandable). After 65 minutes and no pizza, I called directly since the door dash tracker” link didn’t work and our pizza said it was made a while ago. The worker ensured me it would be there soon.
When the door dasher finally showed up after 70 minutes, he delivered our cold and burned pizza, which we decided to eat anyways since it wouldn’t be worth the wait to eat to have them dispatch a entire new pizza.

This is our 3rd time at this location since we moved to the Rochester area. We’ve always loved Hungry Howie’s but we’ve always had bad luck order from this location. I’m not sure why that is. Last night ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza and a 3 cheeser deep dish bread. We wanted to try the deep dish variant of the 3 cheeser bread.
The pizza came home as a cheese pizza with not much cheese. Not the end of the world but It was also burnt pretty bad. The 3 cheeser deep dish bread no one in the household would eat it. It had soo much salt on it and that you can taste the sting of salt in when tried to eat it. Someone salt dumped on that bread.
In retrospect, i should have taken a picture and brought it back to the store. But you work 10.5 hours that day and you just don’t have the energy to go back. We ended up just throwing it out. For as much as things cost these days its pretty disappointing Save your money, their are a ton of better stores that who’s quality you won’t have to worry about.

When the pizza arrived it was slid to one side of the box. It looked like the driver picked up the box sideways instead of flat. This is the third time this has happened with the same young female delivery driver. I called the manager he said he would refund the money, I took the pizza back to him and he didn’t seem to care.

The worst experience ordering here, we placed an order for Jalapeño and Onion topping pizza. Firstly, I wasn’t asked about the choice of crust, found out about the crusts only when I came back.
Secondly, the order I gave was jalapeño onion and what I got was Pickled banana pepper and onion, I wasn’t given any information that there was no Jalapeños available. If it would have been mentioned by the person taking my order, I would have chosen something else.

I ordered a medium Supreme pizza but got a vegetarian one. Surprised this is worth $16. It’s barely a pizza. I know Supreme is called “Works” in this place, but I’m pretty sure Supreme doesn’t mean vegetarian for anyone in the USA. A $7 frozen pizza from any store is much better than this.

Always good pizza. Love the gluten-free. Valentine’s Day was crazy busy, and I know staff was stressing, but they did a great job handling the masses of people & orders. Wish more customers could show some grace to this wonderful, hard-working crew, who are always smiling & helpful. Love this Howie’s!

I always order a bacon and onion pizza for lunch and David makes it perfect every time! He ensures it’s quality and provides great service upon pick up. His skills are unmatched, how does he do it? The dough. The topping and sauce consistency. Such small details, but he makes every bite delicious. If you want a GOOD lunch, order during lunchtime when David is on shift.

awesome dining place! got my pizza delivered in 15 minutes and came all hot and fresh! i’ve been to this place a lot and the service is great, the ambiance is clean! i look forward every week to coming in and ordering my weekly dose of pizza! this place just rocks! Also special thanks to driver maddie for being so kind and understanding when she showed up to my door. She had to wait for a minute as i realized i didn’t have cash in my wallet and had to go grab some from my basement (im quite old so it took a minute to go down there).

Hungry Howies is a great spot for pizza that offers a range of tasty menu items along with a wonderful staff and delivery drivers. I appreciate the customer service offered to me by Maddie everytime I order and she does an incredible job delivering my food quickly and efficiently with a smile!
