Online glitch!…..order at your own risk
Today I came to this hungry howies at this location because I had placed an online order and did not receive confirmation but there was a transaction taken out of my account for that order.
I went inside to let the manager know about the transaction and I literally showed her my transaction. She told me that there’s been a glitch in the system that has been effecting their customers. I asked since there is no warning for the customers could I get accommodated. I explained to her that that’s literally all I had (just got done dashing) and I was just trying to feed my children. Weirdly she asked me was the order door dash and I said no it was a personal order. She told me no there’s nothing they can do about it and to call the store manager (bill). I had to go back out and dash more. it sucks but a mother has to do what a mother has to do!! Don’t know what to do about a refund but Thank God I have everything on recording

Constantly good! I order from this particular store pretty often because they don’t ever disappoint me. It is a good pie every time I place an order. I pick it up and have it delivered, both ways there is always a friendly staff member handing me the delicious pizza I ordered.

Placed order and would have showed up in a timely manner but autofill left out my apt number. Driver arrived and “called” but every call “went to voicemail”. I was texted to call in and I called in 2 minutes after that message which driver was already gone. Driver was told to take their next order and mine will arrive whenever afterwards.

Ordered a BBQ chicken on the website. It asked me if I wanted extra cheese. I did not Intend for extra cheese, but since they made a pop up come up asking me and saying “we promise it will be delicious”(literally)I said yes. Somehow between then and submitting the order it added another extra mozzarella, so I got a 3x mozzerlla..the pizza was disgusting and not edible when delivered. I ate one slice and gagged..there was like 4 layers of cheese, the bottom two not even cooked hardly. The whole cheese came off the slice as one goopy mess when i the first bite. I ordered butter crust, the entire pizza was soaking in butter

So now I’m out $32.00 I paid for this.

Beyond thankful for this specific Hungry Howie’s location and the amazing service from the entire team but especially by Bill!
The pizza was amazing (as always) but what really made the experience stand out was Bill’s customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his kindness is what keeps me coming back as a regular customer. It’s rare to feel genuinely appreciated as a customer these days, but Bill made that happen. Grateful for the great food and the good vibes.

We absolutely love this Hungry Howie’s! We recently moved from Royal Oak and have had nothing but great experiences. Friendly staff, short wait times and everything is always cooked to perfection. You can tell this place is managed well and the employees are happy to be there. We’ll be life long customers!

I placed a mobile order and called not even a minute after because I forgot to put no cheese on one of the pizzas (I’m allergic) They had me on hold for two minutes and then told me there’s nothing they could do, it was already in the oven. I decided to go to the store and see if I could speak to a manager regarding the situation. The guy at the front desk talked to the workers to see what they could do. They were EXTREMELY RUDE and I told them you know what forget my order. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The employees are awful

But this counter staff helped me out big time.
Made my cheesy bread in 6 minutes.
While I called HH south and told Matt of my error.
