my food was a zero out of 10. This is by far the worse pizza i then had from hungry howies. It was horrible, it was wet and soggy under an on top of the pizza. The pizza had no flavor, even with all the toppings. It’s like I was just eating on a plain wheat bread that was hard around the crest. The barbecue sauce was running off the pizza and the breadsticks I got was extremely salty and burnt. I’m pissed, I will never order from here again. we tried to eat what we could because I didn’t wanna waste my money, but I couldn’t. I just threw the rest away.

Never order from this place. I called my order in around 10:20 pm and I only ordered one large pizza with two toppings. I left specific instructions to be called I was also a new customer. The driver they used was a door dasher did not follow instructions or call me and I never got my food. I drove to the store and got there at 11:50pm explained what happened and was laughed at and told my food was probably stolen. I asked can they remake it and was told no. I asked for my money back in cash and was told it will be back on my card in 5-7 business days. I was very upset I asked for a receipt showing it was canceled and was provided a normal receipt as if I got my order. One young lady offered me someone else’s order with breadsticks but this was not what I paid for nor wanted. I want my refund and I will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. The store was closing when I arrived I was out of food and money and had to drive there after waiting over a hour. I was charged delivery and for my food and it was stolen.

VERY GOOD FRIENDLY SERVICE. Very patient staff! They were on time with the meal. They made suggestions, and advised money saving options. My pizza was served hot, and fresh! And the price was very reasonable and I was not over charged for my meal. I will definitely be going back. I only wish that they had more locations, at least one closer to my home! Keep up the good work, and don’t try to fix success! YOU GOT IT RIGHT!

Went to the hungry howies in Oak Park MI to pick up a delivery and the cashier was on her cell phone the whole time while assisting me and other customers. She also had on rainbow colored biker shorts …I’m in shock at the level of professionalism and lack of care (See photo attached)

I ordered a buffalo chicken Mac and cheese pizza, a chicken bacon and ranch pizza and boneless wings. Instead, they gave me bone in wings, the chicken bacon and ranch pizza was NOT CUT and they removed all the toppings off the Mac and cheese pizza. I spent $40 on food that was highly incorrect!!! I am distraught at this service I received and I won’t be back

First my sub packets were missing which i blame on myself because i should’ve checked. What i couldnt understand is why my peppers were in baggies. After looking at my sandwich, there were peppers on it. So the extra they gave me they packed in baggies! It was really nice.

I just ordered a large one topping pizza and 16 piece wings total $32. Whoever took my order attempted to assume I couldn’t afford the meal and said, with an attitude, “the best I can do is give you the pizza for $7.99.” Umm Excuse me but, I didn’t ask you for nor do I need a discount. Just make sure my food is correct and fresh. Terrible customer service experience this time. Get it together before you become just like the Dominos in Oak Park.
Pizza arrived after an hour and a half. Smashed on one side I’m done!!!
