this place fell off. don’t bother. you get like 23 pepperonis on “73 pepperoni pizza”. cheese never hits the crust, half the time they don’t even cut a pizza right. if you ask them to not cut it, they’ll cut it anyways. it’s just low effort & low quality pizza. this isn’t a one time issue they’ve been this way for a while. please get better management.

Usually fine, but I’m disappointed in the “ash and cinders” crust on this last order. I even tipped them, and the worker smirked as she slid the box over to me. Opened the box at home to find this burnt mess. Just be honest with your customers—disappointed.

My order was # 03601. I placed my order online and arrive to pick up it up just before 9:50pm. There were two employees in the pizzeria, one male and one female. The male employee was prepping pizzas while the female employee was in the front of the store sweeping. Upon finishing sweeping floor, the lady came to the counter and asked if I had placed an order. once she received my information, she walked to the oven and retrieved my pizza from the oven without washing her hands or wearing gloves.
While she was cutting my pizza, kindly let her know that I did not want that pizza because due to her (Daniel M. #3601) not washing her hands. I explain to her that since she just finished sweeping that her hands are dirty from the broom, and that she should not handle customer’s food without washing. She got upset and said a few words but went and asked her colleague to make another pizza. Upon returning to the front counter, and seeing a phone in my hand she became hostile and said that she would call the police on me. I informed her that I had not taken a picture but was now going to do so because of how she was treating me. I also asked for a refund which she reluctantly did.
I am a long time customer, and I usually order pizzas from here during family gatherings, parties or if I’m just lazy and don’t want to cook. I submitted a complaint to corporate but never heard back from them. I still don’t understand why wouldn’t she simply wash her hands before touching my food, and why threaten to call the police when a customer addressed the issue. I have an idea why she wanted to call the police but I won’t get into that. I will say that the woman in the picture was probably hoping that I’d get arrested for making her feel uncomfortable about her poor hygiene.

Pay extra for more toppings and they decide they don’t feel like giving it to you. So they steal your money… and you get less than what you paid for. Paid for extra cheese… definitely not extra. But they got my money for it..
