When I first walked in the vibe was already off the team member had an attitude like he didn’t even want to be there told me my total and gave me my pizza. The pizza wasn’t even cut..look at the slop lol how am I suppose to eat this? I guess I’ll eat cheese…$15? Just credit me thanks!

I ordered a pizza through DoorDash before they closed. I Was delivered a burnt pizza literally burnt on 1/2 of the pizza. door dash did nothing but offer me five dollars and I paid $30 altogether with delivery fees. when hungry Howies opened I contacted them and they assured me that it is a DoorDash problem and not theirs and I will not be getting my Pizza remade. I told him that I have pictures of the burnt pizza and the receipt and I shop there all the time I was told to take it up with DoorDash they are very heartless and I will never order from here again.

Nothing wrong with this store always have a good experience. The policies that hungry howies has though are kinda dumb, why do howie points expire? Why even give them if they expire really dumb. Idk if I’ll order again until they can have clear policies and not seem like they are expiring points to get you to spend more money.

UPDATE: just ordered from here again, and there is a hair in my pizza. it was underneath the pineapple and my hair is not this short or curly so i know it’s not mine.
original: normally i don’t have any issues here, but this time the salad was not fresh at all and it grossed me out, so i was not able to eat it, the cucumbers and mushrooms were slimey. the pizza was still good but they didn’t add the butter parmesan crust

Wow … I was looking for a steak and cheese sub Jets diagonally across the street no longer sells their delicious sub slack my phone does hungry Howie’s sell a steak and cheese sub I was told yes, ☹️ it’s a calzone the cookie I ordered was good but they didn’t make it they just put it in the oven I then ordered boneless wings…. Worst chicken nuggets ever I just wasted damn near 30 bucks on this disgusting food oh forgot to mention I live about 3 minutes from there in a car… I give y’all ten toes down just nasty food dog sniffed and walked away enough said !

Eric the manager is very kind with a great personality. He is the reason that my Mom & I go. Some of the other employees look kind of unkempt. The summer time it is VERY hot in there because it is no air, which is a problem because you don’t want employees sweating over your food while preparing it, so corporate needs to do something about that. The pizza is always good here, and made fast. I do recommend it here (because of Eric).

My son had ordered delivery. Pizza came and it was not hot and looked like it had been sitting out. I called and spoke to the manager and they remade the pizza and I went and picked it up. Very good service at taking care of the issue. They were down a delvery person so it was delivered by some place else. New pizza looked, smelled great. They were super nice when I went and picked it up. This is the only place I order my pizza from and have never had an issue

Just left this Hungry Howie’s. It was a complete disaster. I placed my order at 6.30 they informed it would be 15 minutes. When i got there they said it would be another 7. I said ok. I could see they were busy. One gentleman was swearing so everything was mixed up. Doordash came and went with all their orders. But i was still waiting. They offered me a drink. Still waiting. Then as they are all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. By this time it is 7:15 still no pizza. Then they tell me my pizza was burnt. They would quickly make me another one. 10 minutes later no pizza ever made. Finally i lost my patience and ask for my refund. Will never order from this place again. I am totally disgusted with this place.
