Usually have an easy time with this store, happened to make a mistake counting my cash and needed to pay with a card so I called the store and explained what happened but had to give the food back because they wouldn’t accept payment over phone. Their app is buggy and wouldn’t allow me to pay with credit card to door dash like it offered (while it was out for delivery you can track the order and they give an option to add a payment ). So seems prettty unreasonable that they couldn’t just accept payment over the phone like any other pizza place and now my business will go elsewhere. Also would like to add they weren’t unfriendly but seemed pretty unreasonable.

Placed a $75 order on their Website. The order was delivered and my salad was not included. I contacted the restaurant and advised them my salad was missing. The Assistant Manager informed me that my order was Delivered by DoorDash?? I said this order was placed on your Website and My credut cards says Hungry Howies for the Charge. I had to call Hungry Howies Corporate for Resolution.

Ordered on new years eve, i opted to pay cash upon delivery, waited over an hour before calling only to sit on hold then the recording switched to we are closed. I woke up this morning to find my pizza had been left on the porch, no knock or call!!! Reviewed my camera and the delivery person walked up set it down and left, i have been calling to lodge a complaint but 5 calls and no one picks up they just leave you on hold. Great customer service !!!!!

Asked For a Detroit style Pizza garlic and butter crust, They Dumped Literally Dumped salt all over the Crust, It was not even ediable After they had made one of the best Pizza’s ever the first time I ordered it, They made the absolute worst pizza the next. Placed an order at 8:02pm on the app. At 8:23 the order was on the road, being delivered by doordash ( wasn’t happy about that) 30min goes by and no delivery. I call the store and get put on hold so they can contact doordash. Wait on hold for over 5 minutes. Then im told they (doordash) are trying to contact the driver. I then ask if Hungry Howies has its own driver or just use doordash. She says just doordash because no one wants to work. At this point my dinner has been with this driver for over 50min. I then ask what am I supposed to do? Ive waited this long and now by the time its delivered it will be cold and soggy and the pop will be warm. She says with major attitude ” well theres nothing we can do…. no one wants to work this is all we got”
I then ask to be refunded because at this point…… I dont want soggy pizza for $35+
I get more attitude then she finally say she will refund me and then hangs up. Now…..its 9:30pm on a Sunday night and I have no dinner and $35+ tied up in a refund…… I will NEVER order from here again and I WILL 100% share this experience with all my friends and family. Really sad you cant even get a pizza delivered these days.

Made an online order and yet again they forgot some of the order. The driver literally dropped the food on the ground while at door, and the staff was not helpful on the phone when I called the store to ask about the missing product. The wait time getting the store to answer was over 10 minutes. They virtually stole my money because they did not deliver the product.

I ordered a pizza and a regular size Antipasto salad yesterday and everything was delicious. The salad was the best salad I have had from a restaurant in years. Everything was so fresh, the lettuce crisp and the tomatoes firm and ripe. The salad was packed and so refreshing on one of the hottest days of the year.

I asked to speak with the manager about the amount of sauce and she told me it’s the way the machine does it huh I purchase my pizza from here and Southgate all the time and this is the last straw. The manager told me if I cannot come back today it was nothing she can do about it. Cool this was visit 24 at this location and they will not get another dime of my money. Peace and Blessing to you!
