I ordered several pizzas from Hungry Howie’s in Milan and overall had a decent experience. The food tasted great, the prices were fair for a pizza chain, and the order was ready right on time as promised.
I specifically went in person during a slow time in the afternoon to place my order because I had a special request — I asked if the pepperoni on one pizza could be arranged in a heart shape as a gift for my husband. The employee at the counter was very friendly and seemed receptive, and the rest of the order for my daughters was correct with no issues.
However, the special request was completely ignored. While the pizza itself was good, the whole reason I went in person was to make sure that detail was handled, so it was disappointing to see it overlooked.
I appreciate the good food and timely service, but I hope more attention can be given to special requests in the future.

Nice change up on the pizza side. Flavors were interesting but good. Slight crunch to the crust was perfect. The sub was also a hit. I’ll save this place for my next visit.

I placed an order via the mobile app and received my order in a timely manner. Unfortunately when I received my order, I opened it to the pizza being completely disheveled. In addition, it was cold. I contacted Hungry Howie’s about my complaint and heard absolutely nothing back from them. I have stopped ordering from this location and now order from Toarmina’s down the street, which is by far the best pizza in town!

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Ate the whole pie by myself, no regrets—except that I didn’t take a picture! They deliver to truck drivers at Loves, which is awesome. (You guys should drop a paper menu at the fuel desk inside.)

Showed up at 8 pm and they close at 10. Was rudely greeted by a lady at the cashier who was very short and was upset that I was a walk-in place in an order moments after I sit down I hear the cook in the back complain about a new order just popping up and she tells him it’s a walk-in and he made a sign grunt and I overheard the same lady say that’s exactly how I feel. I sat down in the store and moments later she popped open the lobby door to see if I was still inside the lobby, knowing that I probably heard her talk bad about customers. I continued to sit in the store only to watch her get frustrated with another walk in and also give somebody on the phone some attitude when I made a complaint online. It went back to the manager and it turns out it’s the same lady that had the attitude these locations are independently owned, and the corporate is doing nothing about it avoid this location with all cost. I would understand if it was 930 but this is two hours before closing if you do not like your job then simply resign and find a new one.

Poor management and food safety protocols. The staff isn’t required to wear gloves or hairnets when preparing food and the manager smokes for most of her shift without washing her hands after. Love Hungry Howie food but this location has very poor management!

We order from here ALL the time and it is consistently a great experience. The girls LOVE the glitter pizza, lol. The delivery folks are so kind. My daughter (7 years old) likes to answer the door and get the pizza- and they are always kind, and treat her like a grownup. I really appreciate how sweet they are to her. The food is always hot, delicious, as ordered, and on time. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that kind of consistency.

Ordered a large pizza -8 wings and (2) 2 liters. With tip 40.00 Confirmation said 35 minutes. It was almost an hour. Finally get our delivery and the wings were by far, the tiniest I have ever seen. The large pizza had the items only the size of a small pizza in the middle. Rest of the pizza was basically crust and tasteless. We have been HH customers for years but the description of our food seems to be the norm anymore. Sorry to say, I can’t spend 40.00 on terrible quality food.
