This place has had a history of skimping on toppings for a while. I spent $40 on pizza recently and once again, the trend continued. On one of my large pizzas, I paid for multiple toppings but two slices barely had any ham on them. On my Deep Dish, the was maybe two or three pepperonis per slice while some of them were falling off the side. Very sad sight. When you charge as much as you do for a one topping pizza, the least that can be done is make it look like a one topping pizza—not a cheese pizza which some toppings accidentally fell onto. Not sure if the quantity is HH policy or just a disconnect from corporate and this location/young workers. I have been a patron at this location for many years but until things change I cannot recommend it. Just go to Marcos or little Caesar’s in Pinckney.

The pizza was hot and delicious!
I placed a late order on my way home not knowing what I wanted to eat at all. This hit the spot. Crust perfectly cooked and the cheese was melted just right. Even the pepperoni was to perfection. It was exactly what I didn’t know I wanted.
The staff member was very sweet and friendly even with it being so close to closing. I appreciated that, I had been on the road for quite a while and was tired and now hungry too.
Overall my experience was Great and ended my day on a good note. Thank you.

Today my family had a beyond wonderful experience with hungry Howies. Arianna took our order over the phone and was very pleasant respectful and friendly she didn’t rush and took her time with delivery instructions. Austin was the delivery driver and he was extremely kind professional and thankful. The food was amazing and showed up in 20 minutes and when I called back to get the names Dave answered the phone and was also very pleasant professional and grateful. Horrible delivery experience. Ordered and paid a good tip for a very short delivery (3 miles away). Driver delivers to the wrong house and when I see that she’s delivering to the wrong house I shout at her that she’s at the wrong address and she completely ignored me. Delivers to the house anyways and then ignored me again when leaving. Place gave a refund which is expected but what a horrible first time experience

I haven’t had hungry Howie’s in at least 15 years. Today / tonight I enjoyed both cheese and cheese and pepperoni more then I thought I would.
A nice crust. Nice zip to the sauce and cheese loaded on both. I ate my share. Let’s put it that way.
The four stars only comes into play as I have no opinion on customer service. Atmosphere or anything else then the actual product. I’ll be getting Hungry Howie’s near home soon ! Hoping for the same result !

I only ever order Hungry Howie’s for nostalgia and I gave this location three attempts, but it’s just wildly inconsistent. The first order, the pizza was undercooked so the second time we ordered it well-done. The second time we ordered, the pizza was great, but delivery time was nearly double what they said it would take (we only live 0.3 miles away). Now the third time, we ordered the pizzas well done again, but it’s burnt and chewy. We’re also completely missing a topping and another topping is heavily only on one slice. I can deal with it being late as long as it’s correct, but I’m not going to call and get another pizza delivered for it to take another hour and it seems silly to ask for a $1.69 refund for the one missing topping. Other locations are fine, but the consistency just isn’t there with this one. $70 for two pizzas, breadsticks, delivery fee, and 20% tip is not worth ending up with a surprise each order.

Disgusting and dirty place! young teens basically run this business….. more play time gets done then the actual work. My order is always messed up or in this case “not cooked”. Tried giving them multiple chances and talking on the phone nicely as I work in the food industry but this is just not acceptable.

Food has always been great but tonight my service was ridiculous. I made an order on the app, as I always do. I waited an hour, the app said the order was still being made. So I called, the employee tells me she can’t find the order, please hold. She left me on hold for so long that I drove up there while I was on hold still. She came back on the phone after about 7 mins on hold and I’m about to pull in the parking lot. She proceeds to sit in silence until I ask what she figured out, if I made a mistake and ordered pick up instead of delivery. She says, “oh well do you want me to just refund you?” I said what do you mean, I just called to figure out if I made a mistake and where my order is. She said “oh well you called to complain so I think it’s best we just refund you”. So i hung up the phone as I puled into the parking lot and went inside. Ma’am I didn’t call to “complain” I asked very respectfully if I had made a mistake and if you can double check. She tells me that she sees the order but for some reason it didn’t print a ticket out, so basically they didn’t make the order and says they just refunded me. The whole experience was just ridiculous and really frustrating and disappointing because now it’s 10:30pm and trying to find some where else to get food delivered from in this area is hard to do.
