Ladies for some kind and nice inside. There is a recent death in the family. I had a problem trying to understand the menu and the pricing. When I got there, I still couldn’t understand and they were so kind and patient with me as I started crying at the counter. Thank you you hungry Howie’s. I was able to eat a little bit of food and I’m thankful that there’s still kindness even if it’s in strangers and not my family. God bless you and I will be returning back. I highly recommend this location. And I’m just a business. They actually care about you and you’re well-being, which is such a rare commodity. Thank you Hungry Howies..

Waited an hour and a half called over and over and over they must screen the calls as they would pick up say hold then switch me to the music. My howie tracker said my pizza was done an hour before I received it however my driver said they waited an hour for it. It was cold when I got it. I have never complained as I have been in the service industry however why wouldn’t you call someone explain or better yet answer the phone respectfully. I don’t have 2 incomes this was a treat for us as 2 pizzas and bread were 50 dollars, I paid with hard earned money. Please take a course in customer service. Please do not advertise or state to utilize a tracking service that does not work correctly. Please treat people with decency when they have paid money to your establishment.

We ordered delivery but it took 1.5 hours for it to show up. We called to place the order at 5:45 tonight and didn’t get it until 7:15 and when it arrived, they were missing a pizza. We called the store and it took another hour to get the last pizza. In short, it took 2.5 hours to get the pizza we ordered. Admittedly, the pizza tasted great, but it’s definitely not worth a 2.5 hour wait. I am not sure if they were short staffed tonight, (December 21st, 2025) but for a delivery that is less than 2 miles from the store, 2.5 hours is far too long to justify it.

Beware if they don’t have there delivery drivers they use Door dash and the 45 minute wait will be 90 minutes with out warning and your pizza will be cold .

I am giving a 5 star review due to the extraordinary service provided by Cindy on April 7th and April 21st. Also the very cordial and corrective action taken by Cindy due to a recent incident on April 7th. Cindy by far truly provides some of the best customer service I’ve seen in quite some time. She is very friendly, helpful and consistent. Also a huge thank-you to Nick for handling another situation on April 14th. You both have your customers best interests at heart. Your desire to provide a quality experience and provide a great pizza in spite of challenges shows. I thank-you both.
In all honesty, a one star review would be appropriate for the 7th and the 14th however I’m choosing to give a 5 star review because of the way you both handled each situation. The rest of course will resolve in time. Go Cindy and Nick kudos to you both!

Ordered pickup pizza and bread and sub and had to wait over an hour in the store for my order, once I finally got it and got home pizza and bread was cold and tasted like cardboard, very disappointing, left a review and they called and said they were going to refund my money but they never did.

Ordered a BLT pizza and got charged .39 cents for each Mayo packet they used, not to mention the pizza and sub showed up deconstructed so we had to put the lettuce and Mayo on the pizza and lettuce and tomato on the sub. Would’ve just made a frozen pizza with lettuce tomato and Mayo if I would have known this would be such a terrible experience .
Plus they forgot my breadsticks.

I just ordered a pizza and a sub. I am a picky eater and i take my food serious. The young lady that took my order over the phone was patient, friendly, and accurate with with me and my order. My pizza and sub looked and taste like it was prepared for special relatives from out of town. The delivery driver had a great attitude and was friendly as well. Best pizza experience I’ve had in a long time. Crazy thing is I was having a very bad day not anymore! Excellent staff…

It took a bit longer than expected but it was dinner time so understandable. The pizza was super greasy and lacked sufficient amount of toppings and crust spices. This is also not the usual fast and delicious experience I’ve encountered many times so, they could’ve been super busy, training a new employee, or any number of situations for only this particular visit to have been what I’ve always gotten in the past. Just posting about this visit because that’s what Google Maps asked about is all.
