The last time I was in Hungry Howie in Almont, Michigan; Jacob was so nice to take my food to my vehicle. That’s what you call “customer service “ and even the best part of the deal I only have one arm. Yes, I’m disabled and that’s what good about Hungry Howie of Almont helping out people who are disabled or just did help. Keep up the good work Almont Hungry Howie.

I just moved to this area nit that long ago and I ordered Hungary howies a few different times and each times it never gets better there a kid that likes to argue that I didn’t placed a order when I know what place I order it from argued that I didn’t have a order there when in the end I did and ach time I oder a pizza it’s made like child made it pizzas barley cut the one time I placed a order and my pizza was not at all what I wanted they added hamburger to it when I didn’t ask for it the pizza was sloppy and was still very dougie and just had a pizza cutter ran threw it i didn’t even touch it i was so pissed the only time I had a good pizza from there was when I first moved to almont

I had a young lady help me take my order to our vehicle because I only have one arm. I call this great customer service. This person was helpful, friendly, going the extra mile to help out me because of only having one arm. Not to many people do this but we found out Hungry Howie’s of Almont does this. We want to Thank you Hungry Howie’s of Almont for doing a great job and carrying for your customers. Thank you again.

If you cannot get delivery drivers and have to resort to using third party delivery services, tell the customer. These customers think 3rd party delivery drivers are with Hungry Howies and if they tip on card it’s only going to Hungry Howies not the drivers, really goes to no one at all since the 3rdparty doesn’t take the signed receipt with tip added to Hungry Howies.

I stopped in tonight on Saturday and was trying to order online. One of the managers were here to show me how to do this application when ordering pizza. I didn’t know it was that easy. This place does keep us happy when we order our food from. Even with my disability they still treat us good. Hungry howie headquarters should be proud of this location of how much they treat people who have a disability. Keep up the good work Hungry Howie in Almont, Michigan.

We’ve been ordering from this Howie’s for YEARS. Always fast. Lots of good deals/specials. Tonight we had a pretty big order. Everything was great. And the flavored crust specifications that I ordered were done PERFECTLY!! Their crust is always my favorite part! My 8 year old LOVES their plain, bone-in wings. She gets her own 8 piece. If you order online, they have “mystery” menu options…it’s pretty cool.

Great service, professional staff including the shift manager. I was there two times this week and she been the nicest person giving me the best service. Keep up the good work. We went there Friday night after work and the lady who waited on us was very nice. Keep up the good work. This Hungry Howie is better than other places where we get pizza.

The last four times I’ve ordered, my order has been wrong. I swore last time I’d never go again and I did. STUPID is definetly written on my forehead.
1. My first real issue is when John T. took my moms order. She asked him to repeat what he said and he started mocking her for not being able to hear by speaking real slow like she couldnt comprehend the words he was saying.
2. Ordered pizza $60. worth. Recieved the wrong order from door dash. I called the store and spoke with Taylor. He stated he would make a new one as my pizza at the store was already over an hour old. He lied, when I finally recieved my pizza 3hours later, there was no warmth to it. Pissed again and swore Id never go back.
3.my family lives Hh wings. I ordered 3-10 pc boneless wings , two orders with extra bbq sauce, one order, regular amount of sauce (I cant handle the spicyness). What we recieved is 3 orders in one box smothered with BBQ. It was meghan the manager that made my order. She asked if that was enough sauce I couldn’t believe it. No i didnt say anything , I already complained in the past, wont do any good. I’m done with this place. Hopefully the owner sees this.
