We had delivery the first two times. They use a third-party service and one night they could not find anyone to deliver our order. The manager personally called us and explained what was happening. She refunded our money and gave us a code for free cheesy bread. They are a wonderful staff and the pizza is amazing. You can yell they use real mozzarella.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza but received a pizza that was not gluten-free. I called the store and they said that they would remake it. My husband went back out to get it and it still wasn’t made with gluten-free crust. I called the store and the manager there said that he made that pizza himself and that it was gluten-free. The picture clearly shows it is not gluten free. I couldn’t eat the pizza. I tried messaging the company but haven’t heard anything from them. This place has fallen downhill. NOT SATISFIED.

We had carry out from here in the past and it wasnt bad, this time around we got breadsticks and a deep dish pizza. Bread was great, pizza was a little overdone (toppings were extra crispy), and staff was friendly and attentive. Overall okay other than the overdone pizza.

We ordered off the app and they had it ready exactly at the time we scheduled our pickup. Both staff members were very happy and polite despite working hard. The pizza was great! The only downsides are a small and awkward parking lot and a small standing area. Overall, I’m very happy I don’t have to give up on the best pizza chain that’s still in business!
