Don’t usually leave reviews but I had such a wonderful experience ordering from Gary, I wanted everyone to know about it. Gary was extremely pleasant and put up with all my pizza questions. Customer service is very important to me and a smile and great attitude go a long way. Can’t say enough about this kid! Highly recommend Hungry Howies because of him!

Its been a mixed experience. This was our 5th order from this hungry howies location, and each time has gotten progressively worse. Tonight was the final straw. We received a raw pizza that we had to cut ourselves… and when we called in, the shift lead Kam offered no reasonable solution. We will not be back.

My brother ordered some pizza for us and ordered my wife the cinnamon sticks. The worker just put a packet of the icing in the box and didn’t even put it on them? Also the pizza had little sauce and basically just tasted like cheese bread. Guy gave off real bad vibes. Not really sure what his deal was.

I order from hungry Howie’s at this location frequently. Long time customer, and I tip well. I really wasn’t sure what to do for dinner but I got a double add from Facebook for a large 1 topping and add 3 bucks for stuffed crust. Well, first off there was no stuffed crust available, how? Don’t you just put cheese in the crust? I’ve been tripping in the woods and was able to order a stuffed crust pizza from a trailer for like 10 bucks and it was way better than the 51% off “the works” pizza I bought today. They were so skimpy on the sauce and the toppings I may as well have ordered a flipping cheese pizza instead of literally the most expensive one. Ugh. I could have driven to Garrettsville and spent less money on gas and a stuffed crust pizza loaded with toppings but they’re not open on Wednesday. I really hope you blame the tariffs or Trump for this. Most disappointing order from this location ever.

Ordered from Hungry Howie’s for the first time tonight. Pizza and wings were hot, fresh and delicious! My salad was fresh and crisp. At time of ordering, delivery was quoted 90 minutes but we received our order in under an hour which was fantastic because I was feeding my 10 year old and his 3 hungry friends! I didn’t receive the howie bread in my order but it was a free promotion so I am not worried about it. Overall, I would definitely order from here again! No complaints!

Bought a Greek salad. Added chicken to it. Guy forgot the chicken. As I’m walking out the door he says wait I forgot it. Puts it on. I get home it’s lattice a few black olives and a little cheese. Suppose to have tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppercinis on it. I call he says oh we’re out of that stuff. I said why wouldn’t you tell me I just paid $12 for a bowl of lettuce. He goes we were out nothing I can do about. Absolutely terrible and didn’t care at all. And he is the General Manager..ridiculous

I ordered a pizza yesterday from this store because I do deliveries so it is to eat while I work and because of the storm knocking out the power where I live . Well yesterday I called and order my pizza like always and I get it when I head towards home or my next delivery. I showed up and asked for my order they said they were out of the stuffed crust dough but yet never decided to call and see if that was ok or not. I ordered a large stuffed crust and boneless wings I never received either.
