Ordered a pizza only to find out it was a cheese pizza… literally just cheese. No sauce. No toppings. Just cheese. I went back to the store but was told there was no manager and that they didn’t know what to do. I made a complaint via email and review about the situation, but it has been a week and I have still not heard anything back. $13 wasted, and a sad Friday night.

They call calzones sandwiches. They offer a few other things, but I mean really, of you don’t know the difference between a calzones and a sandwich, do you deserve to be a restaurant at all? It’s more a taco than a sandwich, my dudes.
And thanks for detailing your workplace woes at the door to the very limited space inside. I KNOW you’re shorthanded. You didn’t have enough time to include the things that come with your “sandwiches”, namely the lettuce and tomato setups. Had to ask for two of them, and got a begrudging, “We don’t have any made”. Well, you’ve got two hands and a bag, don’t you? I don’t even need the bag, just dump some lettuce in the box! And then don’t look at me like an idiot when I come back for the sauces I ordered, and asked for another setup, like I asked for the first time, now that you’ve quit wasting time complaining with the other guy working. The bread sticks were okay, with the Cajun seasoning being surprisingly hotter than I expected. My buddy who used to work at one of these places said he was disappointed, too, so it’s not just me. Another customer had to come back in THREE TIMES, to get what she ordered. First, she ALSO didn’t know that they call calzones a sandwich, then she had to come back for some sauce, and yet again for some other reason I missed as I was already leaving. Which I should have done before I got there. I may try another one in a different location, but this was more disappointing than just getting the wrong order entirely at a REAL sandwich shop.

I just ordered a sub sandwich from Hungry Howies and I’m pretty disappointed. I usually love this place. I order for pick up and when I get home I notice that my sub is only partially cooked on one side. It also had way too much sauce, so much that it leaked all over the bottom of the box. It’s not really edible because you can’t even pick it up to eat it.

Good pizza but don’t order the boneless chicken wings. They are clearly just frozen chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce on them. Huge let down. I don’t know if I will order from them again, I feel betrayed. I attached a screen shot of what I thought I was getting as per their online menu and what I actually got.

I use to enjoy eating here. The new owners have let it go to crap. They won’t honor any of the national deals. NO MIX AND MATCH at 6.99. No longer have the lunch specials sub OR pizza and drink deal. In the store they advertise pizza, sub or one other item for 8.99 each but only if you order online. Go ahead and check online or call in the store.
