Ok so I love hungry howies in fla this one here in douglas seems like the only thing that can half way make good is the pizza .. the last 3 times we ordered everything has been sloppy half done, cold, or hard .. a couple of weeks ago we bought a chocolate cookie pie it was so hard we couldn’t eat it .. the night manager laught at us and said we’ll its can give you 10 percent off if you buy another one .. we had to throw the whole thing away like literally only took a slice out of it .. ok so 6.99 not a big deal .. the next time we got bacon stuffed howie bread .. there wasn’t anything but cheese in it and it was dry as could be like it was ordered earlier and left under the heat my husband also got a no dough bowl which was mainly just sauce you could dip the bread in it and only get sauce.. oh and it was all cold the door dasher sat over on bakers street for over 45 mins our stuff wasn’t in a bag .. then today I got a sub and my husband got boneless wings ha .. dont get either but definitely not the boneless wings.. all it is is frozen chicken nuggets nothing at all what it looks like .. they were only half sauced and the sub was suppose to have pepperoni, salami, and ham, tomatoes and lettuce, well there was only pepperoni and salami, the lettuce and tomatoes was on the side cut in fourths which there was only 3 of and the lettuce was browning … after the night manager laughed I dont want to go back and say something… so we will just deal with it and stop ordering from there .. sucks because I love their pizza when it done correctly.. the only thing that makes that place is their delivery driver joy.. .. she is an amazing person and a very sweet lady …
The owner should do better to correct stuff like this .. I would love to see them thrive but they keep on pushing customers away.. you need customers to keep the doors open .. but hey what do I know im a nobody that dont have a life and can be laughed at and treated any way they seem fit..

For the second time I’ve ordered 2Xs the honey drizzle with buttered crust, and also for the 2nd time, my food was dry and lacked honey drizzle at all. But they never forget to charge you an arm and leg for basically “condiments” and almost cut my gums on a clearly dried crust. Boo! I am completely disappointed, and borderline pissed in their performance lately. Hungry Howie’s is NOT what it used to be, and I’ve complained and complained, nothing gets done, environment not kid-friendly anymore, just all-around a disappointment now. Likely discouraging any and everyone from supporting this place in its current capacity. Won’t be ordering until changes are made or compensations are given for the utter “playing on my top”. BOO TOMATO TOMATO!!!

Hungry Howie’s Pizza is an average Pizza place. Service was friendly. I would rather go somewhere that doesn’t serve the food in Pizza boxes and paper plates. This would be a 2nd option place to eat.

My Family has been coming to this establishment for 3-5 years now. The food reminds us of home in Florida. But this “atmosphere” sucked. They had 3 managers running the show and none of them knew what they were doing, I heard the sentence “that person messed up” 4 times in the matter of 20min of me waiting for our food. Not to mention co worker infront of my family said he was going to hit another co worker. No single employee at this establishment has said thank for or please or anything positive to anyone. Honestly whoever owns this place should scrap managers and start over. I hate this place honestly. If I didn’t love the pizza. I’d never come back
