I’m a regular customer because my daughters love your pizza. However, today I had a very unpleasant experience when picking up my order. I was helped by a medium-height young woman. When I asked if my pizza was ready, she didn’t respond. Then, when I paid in cash, instead of handing me my change, she dropped it on the counter/table without saying anything or apologizing. I also asked for Parmesan cheese, and even though I held my hand out to receive it, she placed/dropped it on the table the same way.
I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when you work with the public, basic courtesy and professionalism are expected. Personal issues shouldn’t affect how customers are treated. The food is still good, but today’s service was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, because if it happens again, I’ll need to consider ordering elsewhere.

TERRIBLE, Really expensive, dirty, and the workers are rude. I came in the shop and waited for like 30 minutes but no one came to get me to order. Like going here is a risk.

If you order delivery you will get charged a 5.50 delivery fee and then tip and theeeennn they use door dash to deliver to you. So if you pay the door dash monthly fee for no delivery and no service fee then do that… just door dash some scratch made pie vs fast food pizza… its just not worth it.

I had to take a moment to write this brief review because good customer service and kind people are so hard to find nowadays. So, tonight (5/12/25) I rushed into Hungry Howie’s around 9:50 PM (just 10 min before closing) due to me getting side tracked at work and losing track of time. A gentleman (he looked like a manager) greeted me warmly with a smile. I apologized for coming in just 10 min prior to closing to order food, but explained that I was working and lost track of time. He was so kind about it and ensured me it was no big deal. He basically said no worries and said, “We close at 10”. So sweet. Then when I came back just 10 min later to pick up my pizza, the girl who gave me my food was also so sweet. The pizza was perfection and piping hot! I just really appreciate these two kind individuals who showed kindness so close to their closing time. Please keep up the good work. It means a lot.

I was a first time buyer at this place. On the pizza, the topping portion, is less. I order extra topping paying premium money and the portion just looks like same 1 portion. I ordered flavored Crust on the pizza. It was super salty, and crust is not at all eatable. I found the food quality is just average like any other chain. Boneless wings felt like wholesale bought frozen food reheated to served in boxes. Nice and friendly staff.

I needed multiple pizzas for a school club party. The assistant manager was awesome and told me about the party deal that’s available in store but not online. I ordered the day before and all 7 pizzas arrived on time the next day. My students loved them!

My son and I have been getting pizza from here for a couple of years and it is by far his favorite of all take-home and dine-in options. At first I doubted him and then I tried it and he’s absolutely right. The other noteworthy part is that they ace the pizza every single time and even he noticed. We go to upscale restaurants and order pizza sometimes and half the time we absolutely regret not just ordering one from Hungry Howie’s.
