Ordered a king reuben for dine in. When I received it the only things on it were the meat and swiss cheese and if there was sauerkraut on it I surely didn’t notice. The cashier seemed like she’d rather be anywhere but there and had the complete lack of emotion Daria would be proud of. The sandwich had no thousand island and none of the expected toppings and was so dry Ben Shapiro could have claimed responsibility for it. I stopped in because I was hungry and it is located close, I’m seeing that was a huge mistake and won’t be back.

Liked the taste of my sandwich and waffle fries but where’s the meat? I can get a ham & cheese sandwich combo at Hardee’s with 4 times the ham at the same price for the combo. Can I have more? I’ll still visit again. Thank you!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would, but unfortunately I can only give one. This location in Milan has the worst customer service. On top of that, the food is prepared with no care at all. This is the fourth year in a row that I’ve had to go home and throw away the entire meal I ordered because of the poor food quality and preparation. I work too hard for my money to waste it like this. I do not recommend this location at all. I live in this town and used to be a regular customer.

I love the Hungry Hobo franchise, but the Milan store is lacking. Timing the bread was not fresh at all. Dry and crusty. And if you look at my pics you can see the bread to meat ratio was horrible ! The left is turkey and the right is ham. Waffle fires were overcooked and given to another patron first. My potato never came so I had to go tell the worker and they had to make it. The potato was actually good because a lot of times at this location they are orange and sent way too long before being thrown out. I try not to go to this location if I can help it but it is the closest to my home. I have found that the location on Locust Street is usually the best. For almost $16 I think the food should be a whole lot better and more meat on the sandwiches. Also the bread should be soft not dry and crusty.

If I could give a no star I would. My order was wrong, I paid for two drinks, got one and then told I needed to buy another to get my second one. Finished sandwiches and have yet to get our fries that I was told we would still get. The guy at the front was extremely rude. We and people have gotten their fries who were here after we had left. I was polite and said thank you and the boy just walks away with an attitude enough to the point that other customers shook their heads.

Nasty wilted lettuce on a sandwich with less meat than I’ve ever seen on a hobo sandwich. On top of it all, the girl making my sandwich was complaining about how her finger hadn’t healed all the way since the last time she sliced it open. Worst location in the quad cities. Do not support this location/franchise

Subs, chili, loaded nachos were good.
Sub bread is soft, but no taste.

Girl with the pink hair is rude and isn’t good at communication. And the atmosphere in there is that of a funeral home.

I am giving the Milan location 1 star because every time my wife gets our food from there, the potatoes are undercooked and sandwiches are made wrong. This place needs better employee training and/or a different manager. I would avoid this location at all costs if possible. There has been several weeks between purchases and it hasn’t got any better. Something needs to change.
