this place was such a great breakfast stop. we drove all the way from Vegas and this spot had the warm, small town homey feeling. the staff was so welcoming and nice. bathroom is super clean. the food was great but my only disappointment was the Loco moco. real Loco moco is brown gravy and the rice is just regular white rice. the rice they had was soggy and sweet. the sweetness ruined the dish. the other dishes were delicious.

We stopped for our 1st time and had lunch, they serve breakfast all day. Note they close around 3pm week days.
We found some tree shaded parking on the street and a nice ramp at the entrance.
The food is perfect, staff very obliging, and the cute restaurant spotless!
They had a large banquet room off the main entrance.
We tried the bacon double cheeseburger with fresh scliced fries, a cold sandwich with salad, and shared a slice of homemade pie! Everything was very good!

This is my favorite north county breakfast spot. Eggs are just like my momma makes. Home made pastries too. I love that it is family owned and operated so dining supports a small business. Great coffee, funny servers that take great care of us. Heck they remember our orders for goodness sakes even if it’s been months since our last visit. Talking about it is making me want those fried taters right now!

Staff are fantastic, we got breakfast and entertainment as our server danced. It was our first time in and it was a pleasure. Food tasted great and came in generous servings. Prices were very reasonable. Atmosphere was cozy, the Christmas decorations look wonderful. My toddler loved it all around. We’ll be back
